Chevrolet Tavera — Improper Mileage

We have purchased a chevrolet tavera in the year 2012 and assured an average mileage of 15 KM per ltr. We actually received the average mileage of 10 KM per ltr only. When we complained the same to the dealer, we have been advised that the mileage will improve after a couple of servicing. Now the company has decided to rectify the defect by changing some kit.
