[Resolved] Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance Complaints / Motor Insurance / — Claim rejection | |||
With regards to above mentioned policy, for the Hyndai i10, we had applied for the claim from Cholamandalam due to the accident of the car. But the claim was rejected citing reason from their end that we were lacking co-operation in sending the claim form and loss voucher within the stipulated time mentioned (giving us a lead time of just 5 days to complete formalities) I would like to bring to attention that, for filling up the form, we required few days time and we had sent all the requested details within 8 days. Despite repeated request to process claim, they have not bothered to take any action and have blatantly informed that ‘the file is closed’. Was this information helpful? | |||
