Kindly request ICICI to issue me the 9 Digit Control Number of my CreditReport so that CIBIL could modify the report in my database and help me to avail Personal Loans.

Dear Sir,

I introduce myself as D P Suresh from Chennai.

I settled 3 Credit Cards viz.ICICI, HSBC and SBI, all of them with a Settlement Letter.

I have applied for Personal Loans from HDFC, CITI Financial and a Personal Lender. It is a pity that all the 3 loans have been declined for the fact that a copy of my settlement letter has not reached your Office and hence you have declined the loan.

I request you to kindly take my case favourably and help me to avail Personal Loans. My Son is in his School FInal and I have planned for Educational Loan to meet his College expenses.

At this juncture, I also confess that I will not default in payment of credit cards any more in future.

Hence this request. If possible, pls.reply favourably to me as to what step I should take in this regard.

Dear Sir,

With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that if and when there are any grievances, the individual needs to resolve it with the concerned Bank or may write to the Customer Service Department of the concerned bank and after resolving the matter, the Bank informs CIBIL to take the necessary action.

CIBIL cannot modify any information in the database without the concerned member confirming the same. We request you to ask your Bank to send us the updated data and we will upload the same onto our database. The changes will then get reflected on your Credit Report.

In case of any further clarifications, kindly mail us the control number of your credit report from the credit institution, which has drawn a credit report on you and denied the credit application. The Control number is a nine digit unique number that helps us to track the same report from our database.

Dear sir/madm

Im samson i have taken a personal loan in city bank my credit card # [protected]. And i have paid all my dues with zero balance. And i tryed some personal loan in HDFC Bank but the file has been declined because the name was highlited in CIBIL so please kindly terminate my name from CIBIL & i can get my personal loan. And my date of birth is 02/05/1970.
Please do the needfull.
