[Resolved]  CIBIL / ICICI Bank — Need to remove my name from CIBIl defaulter list

Dear Sir/Mam,

Recently I have been applied for a loan in Tata AIG and all the formalities regarding the loan approval has already been finished but as because my name is showing in CIBIL defaulter list ,TATA AIG bank is asking for "No Objection Certificate" from CIBIL end to credit the loan to me.

Pls find the details of the loan regarding which my name is showing on the CIBIL defaulter list :

Customer-Surjeet Singh
LOAN No.- LADEL[protected]
Loan Amt.- INR 462000
Loan Date: 17th Apr 2007

Details of assets Financed:
Vehicle Regn No.-RegdNum NA
Model: Esteem

Accordingly ICICI bank vide their letter no. ICICI/A/LADEL[protected] dated 30.03.2010 (copy attached) have confirmed that there are no dues pending against the said loan account.

I have already send this info to CIBIL that bank has already been issued " No Dues Certificate " to me in the same case but still CIBIL is saying that without getting the approval from concerned bank we can not change the info in our database.

I have also asked ICICI bank to provide the info to CIBIL so that CIBIL can remove my name from its defaulter list but ICICI bank executive is saying that bank has already issued you “No dues certificate" and only a customer can ask CIBIL to remove its name from defaulter list. Bank has no role to play in the CIBIL activities ( as per ICICI bank Executive).

Pls look into the matter and do the needful.
