[Resolved] CIBIL — NO RESPONSE FROM CIBIL

My name is Sandeep Sharad Desai, have asked for CIBIL Credit Report on 19th June 2010. Alongwith the application, I have forwarded Rs. 142/- Demand Draft No. 000849 dated 19/06/2010 on Central Bank of India.

Please note that till date I have not received any feedback from CIBIL, request you to expediate the matter and would appreciate if the said information is received at the earliest.

My name is Paras and I am having same complaint. I have submitted Rs 142 from netbanking on 28-07-10 and got the successful transaction message from CIBIL.

From that day I have been waiting for CIBIL report .CIBIL customer care neither respond on emails nor on phone, and ironically there website says that CIBIL is customer focussed.

Please lete me know where and how to escalate this issue as I have already sent multiple reminders and this is delaying my plans to buy an asset as I am not getting loan for it

Am also facing the same issue. Phone calls wait in the Q for more than 10 mins and never answeres and mails to [protected]@cibil.com and [protected]@cibil.com are never answered.

Let me know how long it takes for CIBIL to reply if anyone has got the report.

i have requested for my CIBIL report more than 5 times and i received them on time.

call them up and ask for a status.

i rajeevkumar submit a complaint in cibil customer care number file, my qtr no 469/2, spg complex, sec 8, dwarka, new delhi, sir i had never taken any loan, credit card in my name sofar but my name in your defalter list . after appling citi bank credit card i know this problem ( credit card application no 180412 dated 24/12/2011, ref no [protected], so i request you to romove my name from your defalters list
