I've been a patron of Cinema Paradiso (Bangalore, Koromangala branch) for the past 3 years . Couple of weeks ago, when I had gone to rent a movie, I found to my dismay that the branch had been closed. Originally I thought that the shop had relocated elsewhere, but to my dismay found that none of their telephone numbers worked - when I googled, came to know that all the branches have been closed. I would like to register a complaint for (1) not notifying a registered member in advance about the closure of their branches and (2) disappearing with the refundable deposit of INR 3000 which I would like to get back

I have been a member of cinema paradiso, kolkata branch at rowland road. I received a letter early last year, that thier rowland road branch is shutting down, and I could withdraw my security deposit. When I went there, I was given the option of shifting my membership to a salt lake branch, which I subsequently did. Unfortunately when I went there later on again to rent a movie, the shop was closed. I learnt that they had shut shop and had vanished completely. I was completely duped by this company.
