[Resolved]  Cinema Paradiso — Absconded

I am seeing lot of complaints on this Cinema Paradiso. I am also the victim of this fraud. They charged me 3000 Rs in which 2000 Rs is refundable deposit. 2 Days before closing they called me to return the discs immediately as I am holding them more than 2 Days but never informed me about their intention of closing it.
As I was out of town, I only visited after 3 days of their call and to my surprise shop was closed with a board stating that they renovating the shop will be opened in couple of days.
But only Yesterday I realized that they Duped me when I saw a Garments Store In place of Cinema Paradiso. This Cinema Paradiso belongs to Famous Film Personalities but it is unfortunate that they took the customers for granted and cheated shamelessly. Definitely these people needs to be punished. Please take proper action against them.
