Cinemax India — AMOUNT GET DEDUCTED BUT NOT RECEIVED TICKETS

I have tried to book tickets for Agneepath for 28th January, 2012 3.30 pm show at Mani Square, Kolkata.

My user id is [protected]@gmail.com.

After successfully payment of Rs. 760 [4 tickets] I have not got any confirmation regarding it.The amount has not refunded back.

Please look after the issue.
