[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Without my consent Standing instruction deducted | |
This is with regard to the issued a new credit card [protected] from Citibank, which I haven’t received on hand till date. Recently I have been getting intimations that I need to pay the premium thru the above card which I haven’t received till date, which doesn’t hold good. The Birla Sun Life Insurance policy[protected] deduction thru my Citibank credit card without my consent. I have already raised this issue and have been following up with Ms.Shapna, (Citibank, Customer care sr. manager, Chennai) A written letter to cancel the policy has already been submitted to the Birla Sun life insurance Office, Egmore, Chennai on 29th April 2009 for which I haven’t got any word on this till date.
