[Resolved]  Citibank Credit Card — post settlement qurey for CIBIL removal

i had CITI bank credit card no: [protected]
mobile no: [protected]
i made settlement on 02/07/2009
all payment as per settlement letter is fully made
( last ch. cleared on 09.09.09)
i have not received NO DUE CERTIFICATE or NO DUE LETTER till date
ALSO after settlement they have have not removed my name from CIBIL

i called up so many times at customer care centre
but all in vain
pls help me
i m in trouble

HDFC Credit Card — Post Settlement query

all payment as per settlement letter is fully made
( last ch. cleared on 15.08.09)
i have not received NO DUE CERTIFICATE till date
or i have not received '0' due statement
AND confirm that they inform to CIBIL as well

i called up so many times at customer care centre
but all in vain
pls help me getting the same

I have a HDFC Credit Card.
I never used it in the past six month. Even i didn't get the chance to use it once.
I want to use it now.
Could you please tell me if i can use it or it has been deactivated ?
