[Resolved] Citibank / Credit Card — Bill Payment | |
I have made the bill payment online from citibank credit card for TWO vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected] Below are the transaction details from the citibank card: VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02/2010 3020.00 [protected] CTPH VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02/2010 247.00 [protected] CTPH This was not reflected till date; after a day as normally it should have been. I called the customer care they say it is passed on the Vodafone. But Vodafone Customer care says it is not passed on to them. Same can be validated in my credit card statement as well. I do not know if Citibank had not passed it to Vodafone or Vodafone has not reflected this properly. Phone connection [protected] disconnected on 19-Feb and I made the payment to Vodafone again to start the phone connection. Next on 19-Feb again asked the customer care to check; they told i will receive a call back. Want to resolve this complaint soon. Was this information helpful? | |

Vodafone — Bill Payment not reflecting
Hi,I have made the bill payment online from citibank credit card for
TWO vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]
Below are the transaction details from the citibank card:
VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02/2010 3020.00 [protected] CTPH
VODAFONE ESSAR SOUTH LTD 12/02/2010 247.00 [protected] CTPH
This was not reflected after a day as normally it should have been.
I called the customer care and logged the complaint after three days complaint no [protected].
Complaint was closed saying that citibank has not paid the payment.
Asking citibannk C-CARE they say it is passed on the Vodafone. I do not know if Citibank had not passed it to Vodafone or Vodafone has not reflected this properly.
Phone connection [protected] disconnected on 19-Feb and I made the payment to Vodafone again to start the phone connection.
Next on 20-Feb when I called Customer care to check again the complaint was not taken by the person and disconnected the call.
Recently raised the complaints from internet on vodafone site:

not sure when when the bill payment will be reflected.
