I have been facing repeated problems from your home loan department regarding Cheque bounce but i always maintain the required balance in my a/c always. But no positive response is coming from your side. You repeatedly provide me cheque bounce notice. For this particular purpose i visited my Bank through which you debit home loan installment amount. My banker says that no cheque has come for realization and i have a taken out statement to prove authenticity and non professionalism form your side. Last mont on 05 march2009 you gave me the cheque bounce notice but some how your executive from collection department collected cash from me but i have no clue that youe have collected the payment or not. And this month 5th april 2009 i am receiving the same cheque bounce notice from your side.
Your customer care people dose not respond properly.

I you are unable to solve my problem than i will go to the consumer forum.

MY BANKER (SBI) SAYING THAT NO CHEQUE FROM CITIBANK HAVE COME FOR REALISATION AND CITIBANK IS LYING THAT MR. SHUSHIL KUMAR CHEQUE DISHONOURED. SO, I NEED CLARIFICATION ON THIS ISSUE. I CAN PROOVE THAT NO CHEQUE HAS COME FOR REALISATION/CLEARING FROM CITIBANK. WHEN NO CHEQUE HAS COME FOR REALISATION THAN HOW COME YOU SAY "MISCELLANEOUS AND INCOMPLETE SIGNATURE"? SO, CITI BANK HAS TO PROVE THIS.

I WILL WAIT FOR RESPONSE TILL LAST DAY OF THIS MONTH(30/MAY/09). IF SAME PROBLEM CONTINUES THAN I WIL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.

Citi Bank Home Loan — Cheating & harassment

Dear Sir,
i have taken home loan from Citi bank for amount 2497440 INR, for tenure 18yrs. first they told it is of 18 yrs and ask me to sign the papers, while checking the agreement i found that it was of 20 yrs, which i refuse to sign on overwrite and requested to make fresh agreement. than they agreed to make fresh agreement and i sign the copy.When i receive the welcome letter from Citi bank, it was great surprise to me is that the tenure was for 20 yrs with same EMI what told for 18 yrs and copy of agreement also was old one with overwritten.
When I report, they send me statement from local branch for 18 yrs tenure.
Now I am confused, as no one is transparent and hidding the things. Customer care says it is for 20 yrs.
I have been cheated by the bank. Now I want justice for this and like to shift to some other bank, for this also i am not getting enough support.
they have raise the interest rate to 12.75%
They are saying i have to pay 4 % as penality, which was earlier told by their representive only 2%
How i can get justice through court for cheating and harassment, kindly guide me.

Citibank — harrassment

i have not taken any loan from citi bank but they r phoneing me sending me for paymet

loan account number in which they r demanding instalment r 15341379 & giving sms from mobile number[protected].

loan — always says chaque bounce

why your person always told that my account has Insufficient fund where as my fund is always available.
i can't give any cash deposit. so pls cooperate with me to continue through my bank. my loan account no. 12686806 for Rs. 1785/-.

Citibank — Harrassment/Cheating

I would like to lodge a serious complaint regarding the constant harassment being caused by citibank credit card collection centre agents on my card XXXX3008. I received a call from some DSA of this bank for a health insurance Good Health Policy, for which the said person told me that it will cost 250 per year from my credit card and he told me this policy can be cancelled with zero fee if after requesting not to pursue with the policy after receiving the policy within 45 days. I gave him details of my 4 family members. He didnt let me know the cost is 250 per person per year. When I received the letter for the policy, it charged 1800 on my credit card. 1000 for 4 family members and 800 other administrative charges. This was not told to me beforehand. I recieved the letter for policy on 15 July 2008 but the policy was already made effective from 1 July 2008. When I called the customer care on Aug 16th 2008 at 1230 am for cancellation of my policy. He let me know that it is over 45 days and you will have to bear the 50% cost, which I refused. Since then the customer care people are harassing me. After 7 or 8 months, I received a call from their call center that they will cancel the policy if I pay them minimum amount. For a single piece of paper, which never became effective, I agreed and negotiated for the minimum amount to settle the dispute. The negotiation ended up at 200 Rs which I agreed to pay for which the said person told me to send me NOC for the same. They collected the amount of 200 and never send me NOC for the same. After 1 month, they have again started me calling, harassing me, and asking for more money. They are threatening to beat me up, filing law suit, and also putting my name in satyamonline defaulters list etc. They are not even bothered that I have already paid 200 Rs for a mere piece of papers. These people should be arrested for all this.

Citi Bank home loan — Loan Account has not been closed after make foreclosure

I have made all the payment to close my account on 1st Aug but still my account is active. I have placed the request for close the account on 6th Aug 2010 but still its not been processed.Please do the needful ASAP. My home loan account number is 908431.

    I had two credit card accounts with Citi Bank:
    1. [protected]
    2. [protected]

    These two above accounts were closed by me in year 2004. I called the customer care and requested to close the above account. After the submission of request, I got call from your Chennai branch and they confirmed the request of account closer. They confirmed me that there is no outstanding on my both the cards and he is going to close the same.

    Next day when I checked my Citi Bank online portal I found that those two accounts were removed from my account list. I again confirmed the closer of my account by calling the customer care about the non-listing of the other two accounts.

    Then after 4-4 and 1/2 years (is this number lucky for you guys?), I received one bank statement for my closed credit account (xxxx8012), stating that there is an outstanding amount of ~32, 000 on the same card.
    In a state of total shock, I called up the citibank customer care and got to know from them that there is some payment (~100) was due on your card and after adding all the interest and all charges it became ~32, 000.

    I didn't understand why I was not getting any communication from Citi Bank for last 4 years, if there was any outstanding amount on my card (which should not be there as per the confirmation at the time of account closer). Even I have not changed my mobile numbers for the last 4 years. If, Citi bank did any magic to send that letter to my address after so much time, then why they didn't did the same magic 4 years earlier. I could be in a state to clarify the issue.
    Then customer care provided me phone nos. of other Citi Bank officials. To whom I called and sent mail regarding the same. They assured me that they will go in detail of the same and get this issue resolved. And will call me after that.
    I again had not received any call from any Citi Bank official. But, after nearly 6-7 months I again received an SMS stating that there is an outstanding amount of ~RS. 34, 000 on my credit card account (xxx8012).(I am now highly depressed).

    Again I called up customer care and they gave me following number and suggested me to talk to the person available on the number as this number belongs to collection center:

    When I called on the above number then the guy picked up the phone said that he will not be able to resolve the issue and I will have to call another number {not again :-( }. He provided me another number : - [protected]. I talked to Amit Kumar on the given number and he was totally trying to prove it my fault.
    I don't know what is wrong, because now a day's whenever I view any business news channel or try to search credit card issues on internet. I found that not only me but there are a lot of person that are having the same issue and that also with the Citi Bank only and not with other bank. Is there anything wrong about the bank, so that their letters or SMS's reaches to client only after 4-5 years?

    Please help, as my this account was stated closed by Citi Bank 5 years back and dispute came after so long duration.

    Dear Sir,
    I am a CITIBANK card holder ends with 6005 and I am payingthe due on time from day 1, on or before due date I am paying till date, but every month starting from 1st to 7th I receive so many reminder calls and I have told no need to remind me for payment, but daily 5-6 calls from collection center, I have written to CITI bank customer care as well, but no action taken on this subject.
    I really getting irritated by using this CITIbank credit card.

      Dear Sir,
      My Card number is [protected].
      Without Informing me the Citibank has blocked the card and becz of the block card the money was due for payment of my health insurance it was not done and my mediclaim expired.
      Pl let me know under which RBI guidlines the Citi bank has blocked the card inspite of regular payment of my card. Pl also let me know if I want to file the PIL in Bombay High Court or to file the complain before the Consumer Court, what are the procedure for the same.

        Hi,
        This is in reference to my citibank cards that i have, although making my payments on time for the total amount due at the beginning of the time i had the card, althoug workin out with the colection agencies to make my payment on time by EMI, these people asked me that they will send a letter stating my outstanding has converted into an EMI after taking the necessary approval has increased my outstanding on the card account. And as i was waiting assuming that these people takin an approvalthey used to ask me to issue them a check for a certain amount and they used to ask me to make a stop payment so that they can take an approval as they will have the case in their hands, and so i did. but then one fine day these people take out unauthorized payment from my bank a/c leaving my a/c to almost nil, and after a couple of days i was expecting my car loan that i have with other bank to get cleared but because of insufficient funds in the bank a/c it did not cleared and then they also contacted my office place to confirm my employment and also they informed the issue to the HR of the company which led a mental disturbance to me. And now he wants me to pay the EMI which i have agreed but i want them to teach a lesson as for what they did

        I had applied for a Personal loan with HDFC Bank T.Nagar Branch. While processing my loan the Bank gave me a feed back that they have received a report from your office saying that i have a outstanding to the tune of Rs. 5 lac and odd on my credit card accounts.         Dear Sir,

        As I am a card holder of ICICI bank bearing the card number [protected] was a loyal customer for many years in payments. Since I am using this card for more than 3 years, my credit limit on this card is not exceeded more than Rs.47,000/=.

        Since I am unable to use this card for bigger purchase where limits doesn’t permits. I kindly request your goodself to cancel this card as I have closed my entire dues as on date. If you could increase my limits to Rs.2,00,000/= on my card I will continue to be your prompt customer.

          I had submitted my PF Form to RKPL pune office in Feb 2009. I personnely met the company authority for My PF Settlement. They had given me Mobile number of Mr. Sumit who is looking for PF and accounts. I have rang up on the number lots of time but he will not pick up phone & vists Pune office many time.             i have applied for personal loan in shalimar bhag new delhi & appoved on 9% flat but when i went to bank & submit the paper, mr balaji tell me 20% flat intersest rate & tell me this is my bank intersest rate.mrs tanita mam tell me 9% flat intersest rate when i talked to mr balal ji tell me she don't known about interst rate.
            In shalimar bhar there is one person on behalf of balaji he told me i will take 3000/- for personal loan approval. he some time tell me your name jintender shulkal & some time tell your name gulsan .
            so i requested to kindly tell me aboubt this status otherwise i will go to consumer count.

              I had a supervisor from the citibank collection team coming and collecting dues of the bank from me for my loan and one day he told me that he will take my brand new N72 with him as deposit and when i would give back the EMI he would return it the nos that he have me were false and also he was not picking up his calls finally i decided not pay the amount of my loan to the bank and wait an watch and now they are sending collection people to my house at larte nights when my mom is alone and threaten her

              I missed out on few EMI's on my Citibank loan which i took for a two wheeler.
              I want to resume those EMI's now.
              But the Collection Agents are haunting me, every now and then.
              So request you to suggest a way to resume my EMI's.

              This is Santanu Banerjee. I use my airtel mobile number above two to three years. Now since one and half year there is some exicutive of citi bank was ring me and find some of Mr. Sunil Naskar who is a loan defoulter. I told them several time that this is wrong number and please rectify it in your system. but they didn't do that and distrub me several time.

                Hi,

                I am holding a citibnak ac num [protected]. On 1st jun 09 I have deposited cash of 40k through ATM location:II-ramyclg bel rd itl blr. but from the citibank it got credited 39k to my account.there is a 1k less in my account.
                I have given complaint against it but not yet resolved.
                I got a call from the callcenter and they informed me that the deposited amount was only 39k, when it is 40k.
                Can you please look into this matter immediately and get me a +ve response. I dont expect the same answer that I got from the call center guys.

                  I have been using citibank credit card for the past 4 years. The credit limit of almost 1.1LAKHS was all of a sudden reduced to 10000, without any prior notice. I was surprised when the card was declined at a PoS. All these had happened inspite of paying off the total amount due/ much more than minimum amount due amount every month. On contacting the customer care, the citiphone officer was neither pleasant enough in explaining the reason nor was ready to register this as a complaint...
                  its really frustrating...and have just cancelled the card..

                    Hi All,

                    Citi Bank has a very abnormal policy that when you deposit cash across the counter at their branch they dont credit it at the same time instead they take the whole day to credit the money into our accounts. When you ask them what it is they say it is a policy of the bank. When asked where can i check the policy they dont have it any where in the website or at the branch. They say that it has been communicated in the account opening form and no other reference.

                    It is really means no sense they hold our money without any reason for one whole day and say it as a policy of the bank.

                      Please register the complaint on this.

                        I am a citibank credit card holder and have been getting calls from so called customer care as a payment due date reminder calls day in day out. These are not calls made for late payment or payment recovery. It's pure DUE DATE REMINDERS. Sometimes i even get blank calls from the same number and when i speak to someone they apologies for not getting updated records from their. This is really irritating because i have been getting these calls daily. I called up customer care on their paid number (I think it is mandatory for every bank to provide toll free customer care number) but citibank does not have one. instead they asked me to visit their ATM and make a free call to customer care by their customer care representative. The number from which i get a call is[protected]

                        Citibank — Reminder Calls

                        I have a credit card of Citibank and also pay my dues on time every month before the due date, despite this, I get unnecessary number of calls from them as a reminder to pay my dues. I have to answer them daily and give the details again and again.
                        Please tell me what am I suppose to do...
                        I have also told them that I have already answered your representative but they mention that it is just a reminder call. In such a busy schedule answering their questions again and again is not possible...
                        I completely agree on what is written in this blog.. am user of citi bank credit card from the past 4 years and from the past 2 years at least before 15 days of my due date am getting Blank calls and multiple calls for due date reminder more than 20 in a day the number is[protected]
                        I have directly called the customer care and complained about it many time and it continues...
                        I will add few numbers from which they make call.[protected],[protected],[protected]
                        This behavior of Citibank amounts to harassment, there got to be laws against it

                        no dues certificate

                        my credit card indian oil no.[protected]. i have deposited all credits. and no credit is due, i have closed my credit card . but no dues certificate

                          Hi,
                          My name is Anup Puri, my dob is 28.08.1978 and i had a citibank credit card back in 2005.
                          The problem is i was unable to pay off the entire account balance My card got setteled on the amt. of 110000/-
                          out of which i paid 60000/-. 50000/- is the outstanding amt.
                          which i need to clear but i am not in a situation to pay it right now. i am continously recievings calls from
                          Globle india Credit Control, B-222, Nariana Ind. Area,
                          Contact Number--[protected], & the Recover Agents who gives me a call every now & then is
                          Manish Malhotra( idont know if this is his real name) and his manager's name is Sanjay Singh.
                          these people are continiously mentally harrasing me, Manish malhotra & sanjay singh abuses me left, right and center and has been bothering my parents
                          and my wife. he atleast calls me every day for about 100 times.I do understand i had not made the payment for past 8 months
                          but does that mean she will make my survival difficult. he has gone to the extent of telling me kill yourself and then
                          pay the money.it has traumatised me and my family. they ask me to beg on road, they threaton
                          me regulalry by saying this that if i will not pay this amount, they will block my passport and my salary and
                          also threating me that they will throw my household out of my house. I have already made a payment of Rs 60, 000.
                          Please help me i would really want your dept to look into the matter before its too late, i am scared he might
                          just kill me, i am in tears.

                          Just filed a complaint to RBI or Consumer court or some other human rights commision.
                          They can't do anything in this matter...

                          Tum jitna daroge wo log tumhe aur daraenge..Ye recovery ke Kutte sirf bhokte hai aur agar customer darpok ho to katate bhi hai...

                          so pahele darna chhodo aur Complaint register karvao..isme local police bhi tumhe help kar sakti hai...
                          i hav lost my credit card..i want to continue witha new credit card..wht is the procedure?

                            Dear sir/Mam,
                            I droped a chq for the payment against of y card trough atm drop box.but some how the chq was lost, and i didnt get any information from ur side.after 1 month some lady called me up and shouted me for not payig the amount.itold ger untill unless if the charges not waived i wll notpay, bcus the chq was lost frm ur side.after 1 week tha lady call me again and gave a mai id i.e. gargi.[protected]@citi.com.and ask me to launch a complain and pay rs180 and she will waive all the charges.i mailed and pay rs 200.but the chargs was not waived. Now the amount increased to rs 6900 where as at that time the due was 4000 apprx.although somebody called me frm gurgaon an he told me if i pay the entire amt then only the card wil get active.bt i cant trust him bcus previously i was cheated . right now i want pay the amount and make the card actvie, bcus for this reason my cibil is geting affected and im not gettig any loans frm any bank.and i also want to launch a complain againt that lady.the number is [protected] where i get the mail id through sms, she also called me from this number.

                            I am a City Bank Credit card holder. I took this card in 2007 and till Jun 2008 i was paying minimum amount to this bank. Now in July 2008 i planned to settle this card, so i called up the executive of city bank to discuss the plan of settlement. At that time the executive told me that if i want to settle the card in one strock then i need to pay Rs 36000 but there is one more plan to settle the credit card in Rs 26000/- to pay the EMI for 12 months with 0% ROI. I agreed to the executive and done the procedure to settle it in 12 EMI's. They asked me to give 12 cheques. i did the same. For 2 -3 months the EMI's are cleared from my account but after that they have not deposited the cheques for 4 months. Then i called customer care saying the same prbm, and suddenly they deposited all 5 cheques at a time into my account, resulting into 3 cheques are got bounced, and then the agreement for settlement get canceled.
                            Now after 8 - 9 months they give me a call saying settle the credit card in Rs 25000/- and in 2 days of time. They are harressing me to do this otherwise they will drop a mail to my seniors and my HR in my office. Now i dont have this much amount to settle the card and i told them that i will settle it but i need some time and i will settle it in 2 strocks. But they are not talking in good manner and harresing me continuously.

                              This is to bring to your kind attention that I am holding two credit cards of your bank No.

                              As you can see I have had this card since 2007 and I have been making my monthly payments on time.

                              However, since the month of January I have been facing financial difficulties as my organization put me on HR bench & I was not receiving my salary on time.
                              Due to this my credit card payment became irregular & inconsistent.

                              Finally, I spoke to Customer service & informed them of my predicament. They told me they had made a note of it & I could make the payment & then call to reverse the late charges;

                              However, I was unable to make any payment from the month of March/April & I started receiving calls from the collections dept. on a regular basis.

                              They kept calling me on a daily basis despite the fact that I have told them on numerous ocassions that I am unable to make any payment at this point of time. I have requested for some more time from them but despite that they always call me & I am experiencing a tremendous stress due to their pressure tactics.

                              This is not the kind of treatment I expect from a reputed bank like yours to a customer who has never defaulted on her payments in the past & has informed about the unfortunate circumstances which led to my payments being delayed.

                              I do understand that I have to pay sooner or later or else my credit score will be affected; however, at this stage I am unable to make any payment as I do not have any funds.

                              I will be grateful if you would kindly act upon my request as I do not want to be bothered again by these executives from different collection agencies. They are uncouth, rude & totally unprofessional.

                              I would appreciate if you kindly grant me a month or two for making my payment, as I do not want to negotiate a settlement at this juncture; I firmly believe that I would be able to clear my dues in the near future provided I get the adequate co-operation from you.

                              Cash on Call Loan given to me in Citi Bank Credit Card Nos. [protected], and [protected] for Rs. 117000/- and Rs.64000/- vide Cheque Dt.[protected] duly repaid on[protected] acknowledged by the Bank and shown as credited on[protected] and[protected] in Credit Card statements because of Bank's internal mistake. However, now after charging interest, penalities/late Fee and interest and penalities/late fee on the already charged Financial Charges of intt., penalty/Late fee etc. I am being issued statement with DUES of Rs. 75809.78 and Rs.46236.86 and threatened with various letters, intimadated by recovery agents and also putting my name in DEFAULTERS LIST. I am not left with any choice except to complaint and take other alternative courses to get the justice.

                              In 4292 total balance was 24, 251.99 + 22871.06 =47, 122=00 interest charged is 755.87 @ 40.08 % annual
                              In 4386 total balance was 24, 397.20 + 18188.11 = 42, 585 =00 interest charged is 1348 & 40.08 % annual

                              I have made the payment in 1 week and i cannot under stand why so much interest is charged
                              please ex plane for card number ending 4386 which is which almost double than 4292 for lesser amount.

                                I am holding a loan account no. 908713 with Citibank, Pune branch. Previouly I had opted PDC option for making EMI & as per that I had given 24 PDC's to bank for the EMI amount Rs.7596/-. My last PDC was till month Jul-08 & Bank has revise EMI to 9522/- without intimating to me. I had continue to pay Rs.7596/- ( as per old EMI amt ) in Oct08 bank executive told me to pay revise EMI 9522/- which was effective from Aug08 but they had not given me any written communication for rivision of EMI. At last from Feb09 I had started to pay revised EMI 9522/-. But Citibank had charged penal interest Rs.1222/- & 1250/- (approx ) in Feb09 & Mar09 respectively & also charge Rs.500/- towards cheque bounce charges ( as per their records a cheque for month Aug07 was bounce ).
                                I had asked Bank to reverse these penal interest which was charged to my account even there is no fault from my side. ( as per truth of case mention above ). and also question them HOW THEY CAN CHARGE CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGES AFTER MORE THAN ONE YEAR.
                                But Bank is not ready to reverse above mention charges.

                                I need your help to get it reverse.

                                Citibank — Home loan Charges

                                I had applied for home loan with Citibank amt 23 lacs. I got approval & disbursal also. Actually it was Home loan takeover + lap. So citibank first need to pay my loan of 10 lacs. After receive of papers they would have paid me remaining 13 lacs rs. BUt due to citi bank unprofessional behavior My existing Bank IDBI didn't sign his papers I didn't get my loan. But they even didn't refund my Processing fee which they promised that if i didn't get loan i'll get refunded. My processing fee is around 6300.00

                                Kindly help me.

                                  . I have taken citi bank Home loan with Account No :41XX14 for which i was asked to take Home loan insurance by paying Rs.22785 the loan was closed on 20/09/2005 and taken over by Citibank Home Loan account No 41XX36, i was told that the insurance will automatically transfer to my current Home Loan no : 41XX36 as its a internal loan closure and take over . I have also called the call center several times and every time they used to say it’s in process . In the month of February i opted for loan closure and have asked for details of the Insurance and was told no insurance cover exist on my Current Home loan . i had closed my current Home loan on 31st March 2009 and even on during the same i was told by Citibank that no insurance cover exist on the current home loan no 41XX36 and was asked to write to Insurance operations for refund of the insurance premium on my earlier 2005 closed home no 41XX14 which I did and was waiting for the refund cheque .To everybody’s surprise I get a letter on 17th May 2009, 47 days after closure of my Home loan that the insurance has been transferred from 2005 closed home loan ( no 41XX14 ) to my last closed home loan no 41XX36 . I feeling this practice of Citibank is totally unethical .1. They have cheated me by not transferring the insurance for last 4 yrs from earlier home loan no 41XX14 ( closed in year 2009 ) to 41XX36 ( closed in 2009) 2. Now sending a letter stating that the insurance has been transferred to a Home Loan account which has been closed 47 days ago is a clear act of cheating as all the loan and insurance are done by the same bank, after my request for closure refund .that too with so many mails and around 3 letters to different address .3. Also without any letter from me how can they take all this transfer on their own 4. also trying to levy all unneeded charges on the premium payment before refund 5. no insurance statement has been issued till date and no transparency on the charges and account . 6. I have written several mails which I have attached below also called many time to Citibank call center. You can seek for a complaints log from Citibank which will show the faults of the bank towards its customer I seek your help to get justice and refund of my charges .

                                    As per the Citibank Indian oil credit card (Card No. [protected]), i am eleigible for the petro coupon in terms of reward points.

                                    Since last 7-8 months whenever I call up the customer care centre of the Bank to redeem the reward points they claim around 500 less points as compared to the reward points mentioned in the statement that I recieve. I have been asking the Bank that if there is any problem then please do rectify it and send me the correct statement. I have always been given assurity that this would be done but the same has not been done till now. I would like to charge the Bank on these terms as they never listen to the customer's complain and are trying to avoid the redemption of the points which as per the terms and condition they should be doing.
                                    I can even provide you the name of the CitiBank Executives, with whom I had interacted last month on this.

                                    I request you to please take a legal action against them.

                                    Whenever I go to the respective petrol bunks and ask for the redemption they say we have to go to the bank and when we call the bank they say it has to be redeemed from you. Kindly sot out this matter since I have accumulated around 1500 points to my credit card and is lying as such without getting redeemed.

                                    Kindly take necessary action and help me out.

                                    i have purchased rs20,000 goods from the shop Gupta Bantex Galary a/117 vikas marg Shakarpur.but the shopkeeper transacted 30,000 Rupees extra from my account For this i had like to complaint against him on your customer care but no response from your side...please kindly solve my problem,kindly leave the action against the shopkeeper.kindly return my 30,000 rupees.

                                      harassment from citibank credit card division
                                      Hi to start with i had one citibank credit card -INDIANOIL CITIBANK INTERNATIONAL CARD No.[protected], which i have deactivated on May 2008. Then before deactivating this citi bank offered me another credit card - CITIBANK VISA INTL CASH BACK CARD whose last four digit are 8011.this was probably in Jan 08. After so much of persuance i agreed to citi bank that ok send me the CITIBANK VISA INTL CASH BACK CARD on my permanent address which was already registered with them. The next day after delivering the card they call me that we have deilvered the card to my brother named Shyam which i dont know who is he as I dont have a brother. I immediately told them that pls stopped this or deactivate this as i dont know to whom this card has been delivered.

                                      Now its been more than a year i am being harassed by citibank for the payment of the credit card which i have never recieved. i spoke to them so many time, made them understand that its there fault that they have at first instance handed over the photo id card to some unknown person at wrong address.then why should i be responsible for their careless service. They should have taken this matter to courier company who has made the wrong delivery.

                                      Now i dont know since then citibank has started mailing me the bill against that (CITIBANK VISA INTL CASH BACK CARD ) credit card. Because of their harassment i have deactivated my earlier credit card too -INDIANOIL CITIBANK INTERNATIONAL CARD No.[protected].
                                      I have so many times mail them also that pls dont harass me by calling at odd hours when i am in meeting, i met their advocate too, he too was convinced with this & i signed some papers, fax them my complaint. but its been more than a year that issue is still there.

                                      Can you pls. resolve this as early as possible as i am really frustrted & bugged up with citi bank.
