I have cleared all dues w.r.t. credit card issued by CITIBANK.N.A. No.[protected] in the year 2004 itself.But even now my name is not removed from negative list and all my loan applications in each and every banks are getting rejected.I have been informed by Citibank that they have already informed CIBIL to remove my name and CIBIL has failed to do so.When my name will be removed from CIBIL negative list? I have been harassed by citibank. I had 3 credit cards. In Nashik there was no collection centre in 1999.Whenever I paid 100/- was charged as outstation charges. On this amount also interest was levied.I communicated with them several times. Then I stopped payment. In 2006, bank person along with recovery agent came foe settlement. Rs.15000/- was finalised. I had to pay that in two instalments. The first one was paid by me for 5000/-. When I arranged balance 10000/- and called the recovery agent to collect, he did not turn up. I called him several times and asked him to bring the settlement letter also. But in vain. Now citibank has posted my name in cibil. I am ready to pay the balance amount provided they remove my name.
