[Resolved]  CITIfinancial — EXTENSION OF LOAN TENURE TO 2 YEARS

With reference to the below mail received from CITI FIANCIAL on 5th August wherein it has been clearly mentioned that the company has decided to extend my loan tenure to 2 years. And now they are regretting on their inability to act upon my request. I don't understand being a financial company why don't they understand a customers financial problem .
