City Limouzines — For payment as soon as possible

They do not give correct answer.they avoid us & give date on date like 5th sept then 7 th sept, then 10 th sept & now they told 15 th sept.why should they give answers like that.if they will not give agreement or cheques they will be to give our payment as soon as possible.

City Limouzines — Cheque have started to bounce

I've invested Rs 254000 with City Limouzines and i was getting Rs 17100 per month but after only 2 months cheque have started to bounce.i Need help to get my money back.as soon as possible

Atleast the company should give a statement through press or web site that what is going on and upto when we should wait for any authority of city limo co. forward and say something about their plan. Are they will[ng to run the company or they want to make the investors fool and run away from the country.A word from them is the need of the hour.Mr. Masood is not "khuda" that he is keeping mum and the public is suffering. He should say clearly if he want to eat the public money, he should declare so that public also will not wait for lawfull order and will take their own action.

i also face the same

govt.agencies keep mum on this vital issue. all investors should write a complaint letter to Hon President of India to intervain the issue.

I INVESTED AT BANGALORE BRANCH IN THE MONTH OF JULY BUT COULD NOT CASH EVEN A SINGLE CHEQUE. SINCE I BELONG TO GORAKH PUR (UP), I AM UNABLE TO GO TO BANGALORE. NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE AT ANY BRANCH. I AM GETTING RETIRED IN THIS MONTH ONLY. I HAVE LOST MY SLEEP THINKING THAT HOW CAN I GET MY HARDENED MONEY AT THIS CRITICAL TIME OF MY RETIREMENT.

Hi friends
i have also invested my hard earned money and i think we have lost it but still we can stop the company's officials to get our money and run away

I've invested 1.29 Lakhs in Limouzines in Feb'09 and i got 7, 775 for 5 months and thereafter my cheque is getting bounced, ie from August my cheque is getting bounced.
Earlier they were atleast updating their site with their current status but now they have even stopped doing that since October.
If anyone gets a way out to retreive the money please do post your suggestion over here.

City Limo chief’s multiple pleas keep cops on toes

Mumbai: The Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed an application filed by City Limouzines chief S M Masood seeking protection from arrest across the country. However, Masood seems to have earned a rare distinction in the city—that of being a white collar accused who has probably filed maximum number of litigations in various courts to prevent himself from being questioned by the police. He had moved several courts as
many as 17 times in the last two years for various reliefs.
Masood once told a police officer, “To solve a problem one has to create multiple problems.’’ “This is what Masood is doing now. We are running from one to court to another to fight against him,’’ an officer said.
He began approaching courts from September 2007, when the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the city police registered a FIR against him for cheating an investor Jalandhar Pansare. Sources said that soon six writ petitions were filed in the Bombay high court seeking various reliefs including asking for orders to the police from taking coercive action. In one of the writs, the HC passed an order saying Masood be given 72 hours’ notice before being arrested. He also moved the city civil court saying there should not be any hindrance to his business, which he subsequently withdrew.
Masood filed a seventh petition seeking to get the FIR quashed. The HC ruled in his favour in March 2008, saying no case of cheating was made out. The state went in appeal in the Supreme Court , following which the FIR was restored this year.
Once the SC restored the FIR, Masood soon moved the apex court , saying only Pansare’s case should be investigated. This is pending in the SC. In the HC, he also filed a company petition for restructuring the debts. At the orders of the HC, he held a meeting of creditors two months ago, which turned out to be a fiasco. Soon after, he moved the HC again saying all the new FIRs should be clubbed together. He filed another petition to have the new FIRs quashed. He has now filed six transfer petitions in the apex court saying the FIRs registered across the country be shifted to Hyderabad as it’s centrally located.
Meanwhile, he filed an anticipatory bail application in the sessions court , which went on for a month before it was rejected. Soon Masood moved an application in the HC saying he should be given protection from arrest in the cases registered in the state. The HC granted him interim relief till December 11 after he told the court a scheme to liquidate the company’s assets and clear the debts. He then filed another application seeking protection from arrest across the country. The HC on Wednesday adjourned it to Friday after the court was told that he had moved the SC with the same prayers.
