I and my father have invested nearly 6lakhs in this scheme since[protected]...This unexpected shutdown has resulted in a lot of loss to my retired dad. Kindly let me know some telephone no.s of the group so that we get to know the proceedings of the oct meeting!!!

I am P S N Swamy (Ex-ARMY)from Hyderabad is also one of the investor of the CITY LIMOUSINE (INDIA) Ltd. I have invested Rs. 1, 41, 000 /- as city hospitalization (INDIA) Ltd. vied cheque number 506819 DATE: 18 july 2009 and six cheques and agreement documents received by me. The investment amount is HARD WORKED money being Ex-service man. The cheques issued by company as Rs 8800/- each cheque is invalid at BANK.

I am requesting Mr.S.M Masood, chairman of city LIMOUSINE (INDIA) Ltd that my invested amount may please be returned with normal int rest and also confirm.

It is also requested honorable HIGH COURT of Mumbai to justice all investors of class-A and B.

City Limousine — Bouncing of cheques

Sir, In june 2009, I have invested Rs. 2.45 Lacs in city realcom and company promise me to give RS. 17641/- upto five years. First cheque of July 2009 Month has been cleared and after that all cheque of company has been bounce. Company did not giving me any response of my phone call and E-mail. Kindly guide me what can i do in this situation to take action against company. My contact No. Is [protected].

citylimouzine/city realtors — Cheque Bounce

Dear Sir,

I am one of the depositors of city limouzines and my Regd Folio No is P-1234. While investing in 2008, they have issued me with share certificates and post dated cheques of ABN AMRO banks at par to be deposited every month on or after 15th. Till August 09 I got interest cheque cleared for Rs.7775/-. After that the bouncing problem started. I am worried. Please help me in getting back my investment amounting 1.25 lacs and residual interest to pay the tuition fees of my children.

I am invested amount on City Real Com on March 2009, i got the first three month amount but non of we bother to know, what is the core business of City. as they say they are into car hiring & Porperty development. but i have doubt to received my money back.

I had invested Rs 2, 63, 000/- in COMBO scheme on 02 July 08 at Nehru Place office in Delhi and I was given 12 post dated cheques. the cheque of 10 Sep 09 has bounced for insufficint funds. There above office has closed. No one attends the phones. All mobiles are coming switched off. There is no responce at their head office at Mumbai. Kindly help

Hi, i have invested Rs.1, 32, 000/- in realcom last year & got Rs. 77, 000/- back. but now from last august cheques have got bounce. no one is attending phone calls. office is closed now. dont know when can i get my other payouts. i am worried now.
