I have take loan from my relative & invested in city real com ltd Rs. 127000/-, located at Mittal Tower Mumbai.and I found the office is locked.

I have investrd 2.30 lacks to city limuzine car rental service on two steps at Bangalore.Up to Aug 2009 I received my monthly installation premium, but after that they stopped paying me my installation @ rs7700/ pm. After enquiry from their Bombay office not positive reply has come. and i had share certificates for Rs.140000.

In reality, I have invested in Hyderabad in one scheme 1.32 lakh and i submitted an affidavit to official liquidator Mumbai through M/s Cuchi consultancy Mumbai, because i read an add was in newspaper but there is no reply to my affidavit. How I can get the refund of my hard earned money in this juncture, since the Official Liquidator only can disburse. I doubt whether, my papers and the affidavit reached OL or not as the M/s Cuchi consultancy Mumbai is not responding since one year. Please help me out and the silence in this matter haunting for the past one year. I fully depend on consumer complaint and I have lodged one earlier also. At lease you can help me and how to approach further. I will be expecting a reply from your end for which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you. Respected sir I invested the money in the company as the costumer for city realcome company ltd and launch the complain regarding the company and i have submitted all photo copies of all documents pertaining to me along with Affidavit of proof of debt dated 07 Jul 2012 to the official liquidator (attached to high court of bombay) bank of india building 5th floor mahatama gandhi road at mumbai 400023, vide official liquadator receipt no 401 dated 17 Aug 2012, I have not received any notice from the official liquidator at the said address in the Affidavit.
