I have invested a sum of Rs 1, 25, 510/- (Rupees one lac twenty five thousand five hundred and ten only) with City Realcom Ltd, concern of City Limouzines (India) Ltd, located at Mittal Tower Mumbai.and I found the office is locked. not positive reply has come.

Dear Sir,

I had invested my hard earned in City Realcom Ltd sister concern of City Limouzines Ltd Rs.864, 060/- (Rupees Eight lakhs Sixty Four Thousand And Sixty) in the year 2008.
I have received 15% of the amount back though PDC issued by them. But in August, 2019 the cheques issued by them started bouncing. So my 85% hard earned money was stuck in the company.When I had visited their Nariman Point Office, they inform us that your money will safe with us, don't worry, now tax audit is going on. Afterwards, they called me for an meeting in Mumbai, unfortunately the meeting was cancelled due to huge crowd & protest from the people.. After there is no reply from them. When I read the ad in new paper regarding attachment by ED Mumbai & case was registered against Mr, Masood & Co in the Court for violation of Foreign Exchange Tax. Then I submitted required document with affidavit at Office Liquidator office, Mumbai. Still there is no reply from them? Now I am worrying about my hard earned money" ? Can you please help me in this regard?

Why is no action being taken against the people behind the City Limouzine scam, which duped thousands of people. Inspite of complaints - why after 10 years there is still no action taken? Are the pockets of the so called Babus been filled and sad that the money was pumped into Bollywood blockbusters.

Please any one guide to get money back.

I hve also invested a sum of Rs 1, 10000/- (Rupees one lac ten thousand and ten only) with City Hospitalities (india) Ltd which is the sister concern of City Hospitalities (India) Ltd, located at mumbai place, I've invested my hard earn money on 03 December 2010 and after one week I found the office is locked. After enquiry from their nariman point (miital tower) office not positive reply has come.
