Respected sir,
I had invested a sum of Rs.1, 44, 010/-
(Rupees one lakh forty four thousand and ten only) in City Realcom Ltd which is the sister concern of City limousines (India) Ltd on 28th of July 2009. Signing a contract that I would get RS.8, 800/- per month for 60 months. I used to get a cheque every month for 12 months. But the cheques which I received are bounced.
You are requested to refund my hard earned money.

Sir,
I hve invested a sum of rs 96000/- (Rupees ninety six thousand) with city realcom ltd, mumbai and rs 32010/- (Rupees thirty two thousand and ten only) with city co-operative credit society ltd, mumbai which are the sister concern of city limouzines (India) ltd, located at 306, 3rd floor, brigade links, 1st main road, seshadripuram, bangalore-560020. I've invested my hard earn money on 22 jun 2009. I was issued with post dated cheques for the month of jul 09 to jun 10 as a monthly income for amount deposited. I got amount for cheque no 248713 dated 24 jul 09 and further cheques were not clared as the company duped the investors and locked its office. There is no response on the phone numbers available on deed letter issued by office.

You are requested to refund my hard earn monay as soon as possible. My contact no is [protected] and ll is[protected].

2. As per the agreement made by the company with the investors, company issued post–dated cheques, as income on the investment but since August 2009 the cheques issued to us started bouncing. In this regard we approached the Company telephonically as well as by Regd Post/AD vide letter No PFILE/AKG/051109/CL dt 05 Nov 2009 but the letter was returned undelivered. In the mean time we were informed through a circular that some important meeting is scheduled to be held on 15 Oct 2009 at Wilson High School , Mumbai in which important decision will be taken to refund the money to the investors but unfortunately the meeting couldn’t be held and postponed.

3. As per the information gathered from various other investors we have come to know that Mr. SM Masood, Chief of the said company has assured to repay the investors within 3 months. But thereafter we have no information regarding refund to investors till date. We are enclosing extracts of the company’s Brochure (as per Appx ‘B’) for your detailed information.

4. In view of above, we earnestly request you to kindly take appropriate action in the matter and make necessary efforts to enable the investors to get their hard earned money refunded by the said Company at the earliest please. Any information pertaining to the said Co. may also be kindly communicated to us on the above mentioned address/phone or fax.

I had invested Rs 2, 50, 000/- and 2, 50, 000/-, 1, 39, 000/- in City realcomm and Limousines in City Limouzine India Ltd signing a contract that I would get Rs 16, 541, 16, 541Rs7, 775/- per month for 5 years. But I got only 12 months, 12 months and 6 months only, after words cheques are bouncing. Please do some help to get back our money.

mera naam ajay hai main ne kafi time pehle is compny main invest kiya tha laikin ab is company ne paise dena band kar diya hai aur ab is company ne apni sari branch band kar de hai aur sare investor ko gumrah kar rahi hai pls meri yeh complent darz kar liziye aur please pata lagane ki krapa kare ki ab is company mai kya chal raha hai yeh company froud karne ke baad hamara paisa le kar bhaag toh nahi jayegi please

I've personally visited the City Limouzines office located at Nehru Place, New Delhi and found the investors are panic like me. I'm a new investor and hardly once I visited the office for investment. I have invested a sum of Rs 1,44010/- on 02 Aug 2009 and they were saying that the papers of agreement and letters will reach withing 20 days.
