I fully agree that there is no need to panic...if not full we will surely get principal amount back. I know this company since last 6 years and one of my scheme already matured last year for which i got my returns back without any problem and on time...i have nearly 11 files with this company so just imagine my fate if something happens, but i am still positive about it...just give them some time to restructure instead of spreading false rumours and confusing old and new investors.
I also agree with Mr. Mehta and Deepak. and others particularly who have not invested should not comment on half knowledge or what papers-others say and spread panic.

Also the company has registered as Tourist company (which is part what it does) and not as Non-Banking Financial Institute which has created problem for its schemes in eyes of finance department (FOW).
The restructuring of the schemes, i learn form other discussion, will be as per government guidelines. IF THAT IS SO WHY WORRY???
If the company had to run (read Masood) he wouldnt have gone all the way to get all this done! simple.

yes i am also facing problems . cheque dishonoured. company told to wait up to September 15, 2009 but it is shocking I visited company's delhi office today and found it locked. promoters and staff missing. people's hard earned money is at risk. I dont know how to trace them.

Thanks Shakeel n Deepak for the support...i m sure Mr.Masood will go out of way to help out his investors. I am told he is very influential guy in political field hence he will surely not dupe us. When the company was in good times they saw that the investors are satisfied so it is also our duty now to stand by them during their bad time. The procedure will take few months hence we hv to be patient and see what is the final decision.
Please stop living in fools' paradise by pinning hopes on Masood or any one else on the board of

Whenever you speak or suggest something you are very harsh to the name of Mr. Masood. Secondly it also seems that you are not an investors with the City or you have plenty of money with you! As far as Mr.Masood is concerned i have no personal liking or disliking. What i want to convey is very simple and logical. Being the promoter of the company he must have been aware of the financial instabality and if wanted he was free to file a request for bankruptcy or insolvency. But he did not. Even when court asked him to convene a metting with creditors for a massive restructure as Mr. Masood requested he could have told the Court that any such meeting is worthless as he or his company does not have sufficient money to pay. Matter might have been over by then. Not only this, during his interview with the Mumbai Mirror he sounded confident and displayed his commitment to help investors out. Do all these appeal something? Yes something positive!
At this time of juncture its our prime focus to console each other and pray the almighty to empower all o[censored]s to face this phase with confidence and patience. It is nothing but the need of time. There are many such as Anjum, Rocky etc whose work is to keep investors more and more panic and tense. As i agree with the situation in the company, Still we need to be alert either & be in touch with each other as we are the sailors of the same boat. Also i personally feel that even law enforcing agencies are also equally responsible for such type of situation by not ensuring each & every term & conditions are followed in the right manner

Secondly I wrote in my earlier post that Masood or others who are on the Board of Directors should not be relied upon.They have no money to repay to the investors.All offices are housed in rented
buildings.There liabilities are in excess over assets.Any one with an iota of common sense can undesrtand that chances of recovery even of a fraction of amount invested is out of question.
Only an appalingly can presume that letting know the investor about chances of recovery of
invested money is tentamount to be against some one.

Those who have faith must be ready to go through another shock which will be bigger than their
expectations.
According to press reports there were 25 thousand investors with whose money not a single car was
purchased, company has just 5 to 6 hundred cars.Even a Honda scooter was shown a car in books.
All law enforcement agencies are working overtime to unearth more frauds.
The meeting of creditors on 7th.of Oct.as per directives of the court will be a futile excercise, secured
creditors will recover each and every penny;nothing will be left for B category investors.
Those who have faith in Masood or his company are like fools and day dreamers.If Masood has good
intentions why he has he applied for permission to go abroad(most probably US, he is citizen of and
his first wife lives in US).
