I have invested in 3 schemes during April 2008 and recioeved 15 paymnets upto July 2009. Again I invested in combo scheme Rs2.62 lalakhs inJuly 2009 at Bangalore office of City realcom. The documentation was notyt done as the company was in IT ride as informed by the company officials . They advised me not to present the cheques of August 2009 for my old accounts also. When I tried to contact Bangalore office io bodty is responding the Phone and it is always comming Try after some time. I came to know from my friedn the office is closed at Bangalore. Now I do not know what to do with my hard earn money. If any developments please let me know so that I can also join for proceeding legally against the company.
Is there any new development / news / findings, Pls. let us know. Keep posted every time anybody get some news through authenticated sources.
Today there was a news in IBN7 about City Limouznes and City Group. In that news whole story was told and City Limouzine Advocate informed media that there is nothing to worry as this is only a IT Raid and will be sorted soon legally. I have also invested in city realcom. my opinion is that we all investors should keep patience for some time & should give some time to the company to make necessary arrangement of money. I think that if we create panic then company will not take proper decision due to heavy pressure from the investors. so we have to apply wait & watch till 8th oct.2009. I also request to all don't damage the property of the company as it may impact to our payments also. best of luck

I have just watched Zee news and they did not mention about the case pending with High Court. Media please give clear indications rather than creating Panic.. won't understand. Media would always plays with people to get their TRP's right.. .

Zee News telecast a program saying that this was the biggest scam in India till date, a whopping 33 Arab 75 Thousand Crore Rupees.
They also said that the Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad offices are closed. An application to withhold the passport of Mr. Masood has also been moved by the investors, they added.
They didn't mention a thing about the case pending in the court, neither did they say that the company plans to restructure the profit.
Either they are sure that it's the biggest scam, or they are only after the TRP.
