realcom — return back my money

dear sir,

I invested Rs.1,44,010.00 (Rupees one lakh forty four thousand and ten only) in city limouzines (city realcom).on 10/07/2009.unfortunately the company closed their business in between august and till date i have not received a single penny,therefore i kindly request our government to interfere and give us our principle amount asap.sir this is my hard earned money.

I have not recived any communication with the said company since August 09. Try to return my hard earn save mony as early as possible.

I have invested in City Real Limited for files of Rs.133, 010/- each. For the first one year was okay every cheque issued was cleared but from aug, 2009 the cheques issued got bounced. So I have receive from the company Rs.5, 00, 000 plus.

How can I get my money back ? Please guide me

Please forget about your hard earned money ... there is no way the refund is coming from anywhere ...plz work hard and invest money in fds or mutual funds or pfs ... ALL the companies status-- SHree resort - Closed .. AURUM .. closnin .. MCL - will close by jan 2010.. YIL ... Vishal infra ...etc .. all these fly by night operators ..please be aware people ...

I also invested Rs.107000/- dated 10/03/09 in city Realcom and i got assurance to get, 60 post dated cheque for Rs. 7775/- each and Rs. 50000/- after 5 years, but after 4 cheque the 5th cheque bounced and office of the company is closed. I also want to File the Complaint against company and please let me know when our money will be returned.

I invested in the month of June RS 138000 but when i deposited my cheque it got bounced and i fell i am cheated though still i have some faith left in the company.

MOHSIN ALI HODEKAR invested rs.141000 in city real com dated on 03/08/2009 before getting no agrimant later & no cheque the company cheated the investors and we are new investor and plzz return our money back.I also want to File the Complaint against company and please let me know when our money will be returned.

we have invested money for four files (1, 39, 000.00) from our family plus there are about 10 more files where we motivated people to spend some got 2/3 payments, some rcd. about six payments, I rcd. three pymnts. all money we want back. we are a group from gujarat.

I had invested 2, 62, 0000. on 15/07/09 in city realcom company.received only one cheque after that the cheque bounce .I want my money back.

I had invested Rs 1, 39, 000/0 on 19 Aug 08. in city realcom i received around 9 cheques amounting Rs 7775/- each. I want my left over money.

I had invested 1, 39, 440/- on dtd 22/11/2007 in City realcom company.after all procudure we started to receive the cheques. after 19 cheque's of rs. 7775/- infront of 60 cheques, In aug 2009 we have received intimation by sms not to deposit the cheque due sum audit problem. after that within 8-10 days we have got information from local news papers that cheque is getting bounce.

Kindly let us know what the status about our balance money. we want our money back.

We had Invested 700000 last year in may and recieved only 5 cheques in the month of july it was my hard earned money it was my fund which i had invested here to get some extra income soo plzz return my hard earn money back and tell me when will the company start distributing money of mumbai's invester we had heard that the company had strted distributing money in madaras is it true and i once again request u all too plz give us our money back

My personal opinion is both are persons borrowing the loans from bank and most of persons sale of properties and invested in Citi Realcom Ltd. but unfurtunately company have out of place.

I request you that please refunded the money immediately.
