I had gone to meeting today. firstly we(investors) gathered near wilson gymkhana marineline and ask about meeting but the person from gymkhana was telling that here is no any meeting today here are instruments of voting is kept so at wison high school. then we some of investors went near wilson high school girgaon. We saw very huge crowd of all investors was coming near wilson high school.
people(public and shop keepers) was asking what is goning on today in mumbai, girgaon? why all the roads are blocked? why so many policemen are gatherd near wilson high school?
This situation happened due to the ground of wison high school is very small than the crowd of investors. I think more than 10-15k investors came today to attend the meeting from all over india.
No one asked about proxy form and scheme of arrangement. The lady from city realcom & lim. was announcing that we had arrange meeting at wilson gymkhana but due to elections instruments we didn't get gymkhana for meeting and we arrange the meeting here. She was telling the Mr. Masood cant come here because he has to go today in high court.
She was telling about scheme of arrangement. She told that company is ready to give 7% interest on balance principal amount in 12 chques. she was telling that this situation came due to interference in bussiness activities of company due to some sources other wise city had no problem to pay to all investors.
We also hered from some investor that, some of politions created the problem to the company & due to this comapany's all activities has stop.

please give all the details happend in the meeting. Was the voting conducted? any lawyer came to attend the meeting? was it organised in positive sense? how many came from company side?
please update.. please share the details.

dear investors,

please update abt the meeting. how they are calculating the remaining principle amount? what will be the balance principle amount who has invested three months ago? I have invested in Jun 09 in Real com. i got only two cheques cleared? what will be my principle amount. and what if before 1 year? experts please ans?

1] The principal amount is total amount you have invested.
2] And balance amount is(principal amount minus that amount which you have received(cleared cheque amount) yet.
3] And 7% interest will get on balance amount only.

dear ajay,
u mean to say, investors who have invested before 11/2 year will not get anything as they have received 18 cheques.

no one asked for proxy form from city lim. and also no one investor filled proxy form. very insufficient place was there. Only voting by raising the hands who agree the 7% scheme took place and only votes of investors who were inside the compound of wilson high school is considered. but most of the investor were outside of the compound due to lack of space.

1.company is going to shutdown
2.15oct meeting cacelled as investor are not lising us.
3.they are not giving any money what so ever to those who receved principal amount.asking about prefential share he said throw it into dusbin.
4.company dont want to run any scheme furthere as it is going to shut down.
5.company will pay only those who have not receved their principal amount by 7% in 12 inst. (the remaining amount)
6.now its all over

this is all i have to tell to all invester.

I attended the meeting. There was confusion of venue. Too much Crowd to be accommodated in wilson school. All lanes were jammed by investors. Except a few nobody was able to listen the proceedings. Mouth say was same as the scheme. Co will return in 12 installments ur invested money+ 7% less money already paid by the co. There was no voting except by raising hand for people near stage. about 60-70% people could not enter school. Co's representatives and other required govt authorities were present in the meeting.
There is news in Times of India dtd 15/10/2009, page 2.. Looks this meeting will be rejected. Police will not allow meeting for 15/10.
Wait for court's view.

I have invested around 4.2 lakhs in May 2009 itself... Any futher development please... are we getting this money?

B+ and think positive. All thing will be OK. Mr Masood is a god father for all poor investers.
He never think to cheat anybody. I am also 100% positive.

so meeting was of no use then y they posted proxy forms to all and are not organising the meeting properly and y they are playing with investors. no meeting no money? next date will b given to keep our mouth shut. date and date?

khuch nahi milne wala hai no money wil get u

just time will pass and u will not do any thing

just u will wait till next year no result
