My cousin, who lives in Chennai, has phoned me a little while ago to share some GOOD NEWS that the High Court (perhaps of B'bay or Madras) has directed the City Limo to open the offices across India and start paying the investors their principal amount asap.
Can anyone confirm this news?

Thankx. Js.it seems all roads r closed. every one is trying in all possible way to sort out the issue.Hurdles r many. to sum up
1. all the original court cases r over. company judge has given orders. investors meet mere eyewash.so called on meeting is over. another postponed. if properly conducted the findings r to be tabled before the company judge and as per scheme of agreement the wheels might have started rolling. a normal law abiding will think this . In banking industry when an account goes bad they say the intention of the borrower is bad and further party financially sound but least intention to pay. This what happening with city group.
2. They r still there, company is not closed but offices r closed, putting the blame upon us for non cooperation.Judgment given bail refused, still his arrest is not possible. the man who is being hunted by law and order filing transfer petition in apex court, and cleverly put all persons who sought legal remedy, in a fix.

4. i have floated one go petition campaign in the cite, a free petition

I want to pay school fees for my g children since last five and waiting for the positive result from the company . how and when this problem will be solved ?So much is coming in the media, now there is rally on 2 Dec . All this was done to give good education to my G children, now that dreem is just a dreem who cares . Oh God, p/s give some Good will to the Mangement of the company Just open there thire inner conciausness so that they could see what is going wrong .
I am also facing same problem as i have taken PL from bank and now i m not able to repay due to cheque is getting bounced.
Ap-pros the legal channel is safest and very long with remote possibility, so Mr MASOOD used it but i blame all Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore investors for this as they seems to be very impatient about any outcome and quote many rules.By criminal case you all have given Mr massod his due.

6.He should be wealthy and Healthy to return our dues, so pray for him.He is GUTSY but has honest intentions.
7.DON'T BE GREEDY TO SCREW CITY GROUP FOR HIGH RETURNS, JUST BE HAPPY THAT UR ITEM IS COMING BACK, SO ALLOW THEM TO OPEN OFFICE AND NEGOTIATE.
8.LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST DO NOT LOSE HOPES, WORK FOR SOLUTION THAT IS ACCEPTABLE TO ALL.

There are investnent with city realcom and all the cheques bounced in sbi bank n penaltya also charged from my a/c city realcom turned to fraud company. Is there any hope to get back my invmested money. I received only one cheque in july and rest all bounced by bank. And one check is credited in august but the same also bounced and rs. 7775 recovered from my a/c any body can help or advise me to get my invest money back from this valgure cheater n froad dishonest compony and its associte thiefs those misguided us to repay in 5years monthly instalment of rs 7775. And rs 50000 after 5years
Many other investers got letter that the amount will be returned in small instalments but there is no letter or any information delivered to me. Their offices closed no picks up phone or say problem wil be solved. I was misguided by cityrealcom executive level workers that it is a realiable compony but it was deceived intention made by them by calling on phone to invest with city realcom. Kindly any body suggest or tell me whether my money will be returned or not by this city realcom n its associates/organisers?
i heard that it's going to be open its branches from 30th of Nov. onwards.

dear friends, i have some thoughts,
1. the company again reopening the issue of scheme of arrangement and the already lodged the NOTICE OF MOTION (APPEAL) NMAL/4067/2009, filing date 26/11/2009 pet adv. v, n associates represented by shri Mouriya .
2.again time delaying tactics, no one knows what is present scheme of arrangement.
3. inference from this is that even if Mr. Masood gets arrested he cannot go for insolvency petition, since the company is willing for arbitration,
4, .for filing this petition Mr. masood consent is very much essential and v.n associates r getting it.and filing appeals .
5.in the very first judgment, the S.C clearly directed the e.o.w @ mumbai for investigation, since it observed malpractices in reg. of vehicles. the co. is unwilling to show the book of records, god only knows, whether such thing r in existence in the com, and hence e.o.w is helpless in this regard.
6.now the intention of the com is clear and desperate to get arbitration procedure to get completed, but they fail to understand that the consent of the investors will only pave way for such settlement. They rating us cheap rated fools and sign the proxy form blindly., and to take peanuts.
7. Now the time has come the com has to settle the issue.
8. I just requested adv. Mouriya to take investors in confidence and come to neg.table and propose what is ur intention instead of blaming us for non cooperation. i requested him the explore the possibility of negotiation and convey the message to the big boss in exile. he said he will try his level best.

I appreciate and dedicate towards your valuable views that we must appeal to Bar Council of India not to give Legal Assistance to this Company and Mr. Massood and ban V.N. Associates taking interest in this case. My dear I am a senior citizen of India age 67 and have already joined your go-petition appeal against this company. I along with my family members have invested Rs. 20 lacs after putting our hard earned savings/money and selling my property etc. I pray to God to bless all the investors with their money at the earliest.

One of my check also bounced and I really want to know when the IT audits and fraud case settles down and I get my money back.
was cleared after that the company called and said to hold the other cheques till they tell
us to deposit but till date nothing has been done.
After that that they send us a letter saying they will return us our principal amount with
7% interest, but when they will return is not mentioned.
I don't want the interest atleast the company return us the principal amount.
Can we trust the company that they will return back or money i am very much worried since
it is our hard earned money.
