I agree, I never manage to get a booking. Now I am trying to get my money back. If I want holiday in Corbett I am offered Yercaud, if Panchgani then they offer Gangtok and dates always change. It is the biggest mistake of my life.
I have to not received the refund which they have agreed to pay, they keep postponing the dates, I'm due of my credit card payment however not received and confirmation from them.

I was the franchisee for club mahindra for 1 year and i can assure u that they are the biggest thugs u will ever find...U will never be able to take holidays on ur dates and their resorts are just like ny 2 star or few 3 star resorts...Just stone them wenever u see sales people from club mahindra...Best of luck
No one should take the membership of Club Mahindra.This company is there just to make fool, they will not recognize you after taking their membership. I am the biggest fool who took purple membership & wasted my hard earned money.

Yesterday I went to their office in Pacific Mall after getting a free holiday offer and a promise of 2 pvr tickets. Initially the girl Puja (not sure if her name is real or not) tried to be very sweet and showed us every possible benefits of club mahindra. She kept on telling us the benefits of entering the membership of club mahindra for more than 2 hours. Puja and her manager Akib tried every possible gimmick to lure us into their membership. The wanted us to sign their paper on the spot and even made us a monthly installation chart of 8k/month for over 4 years, WITH AN ADVANCE OF 28000 BUCKS. I still did not budge and enter their membership. In the end Akib gave up and told Puja to give us the free holiday vouchers, for which Puja did some acting and said the net is not working and she will send it by mail and PVR tickets will reach me through courier, which of course did not happen.
Guys, LEAVE ASIDE THEIR MEMBERSHIP, DON'T EVEN THINK OF GOING FOR THEIR FREE VOUCHERS ETC. THEY ARE A BIG TIME FAKE COMPANY FULL OF FRAUDS.

I have taken the membership of Club Mahindra, later i realise that this is the biggest mistake of my life, The staff is full of false promises and cheats.Club Mahindras staff & owner & their family serviving on cheat money cheated by club Mahindra from innocent people.They come and explain that they have 5 star property all over the world and will offer some money back & vochers etc BUT THEY NEVER DELIVERED, THEY NEVER PICK THE PHONE, THEY NEVER FULLFILL THE COMMITMENT. PLEASE INKE CHAKKAR ME MAT FASNA.THEY ARE FROUD.

Case details : We had approached club mahindra for membership on 15th April and post hearing Bilal and Sachin we were not interested in the membership. Mr Sachin kept on forcing us to take the membership. Hence to get out of the place we informed him give us one days time, he said you take the policy today and come back tomorrow we will return back your money instantly and swiped my card for Rs 19200.
Immediately next day, we informed them as not interested in the membership and please refund me back my money.
Till now we have not received our funds back but only excuses like Bilal is not well and Sachin is not well. Nobody even bothers to call.

Our biggest mistake was taking Club Mahindra membership (Membership Number 2564972)
History:
At the time of meeting the preference of Purple, Red season was not informed completely to me.
I was always told that White would be suitable for me and after 3 EMI's I would be eligible to visit the places of Red & White. However, I could not get any booking done whenever I wanted to spend the holiday.
Gopal was the concerned salesman who fooled me.
I categorically asked that i will take holidays during school holiday breaks and we generally travel in group.
He said then you must opt for White Category. I did that.
Breach of Trust:
I wasn't informed about the ASF Fees which came to me as a surprise.I digested that.
I have paid approximately Rs. 60, 000 in total and after even paying 4 EMIs I could not get the bookings done.
Every time when I tried to contact Mr. Gopal, he said he would surely get the bookings done and after sometime he started saying that we are marketing guys and are not very familiar with the Club Mahindra website and no booking was done even after paying 4 EMI's at that time. After this I took the decision of stopping my EMI.
I am disappointed. The holidays gets booked the moment it gets opened.
Till date I did not get even a single chance to get any bookings available in the last 1.5 years.
Now when I have stopped the EMI payment the lady named Preeti says that I again need to start paying my EMI that too of minimum Rs.11, 000 - 12, 000 with intrest, then I would be eligible to book for the holidsay.
One thing I would like to mention is that even though I did not utlize any facility of Club Mahindra, why would I pay the penalty?
I requested for cancellation but I was dissuaded by a lady called Preeti from cancelling. Even she was very rude while talking and was not in a position to hear about my queries.
I want my money back from Club Mahindra of Rs. 60, 000 and the interest on the money deposited. In lieu of not being given a chance to book any holiday even after paying Rs. 60, 000.
She on behalf of Club Mahindra has refused me to allow for booking any holiday in liue of the stopped EMI payment and also, Club Mahindra is not returning my money back.
So in both the ways Club Mahindra is at the taking out their benifits and I am loosing out my money as well as time. I did not seesuch a disgusting behaivour from a reputed comapny like Club Mahindra.

I would like to inform Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan to have an better approach of maintaining the existing customer rather than only going to have new members. As existing members can help you to gain additional member in the family by referral and loyalty. But when existing member plan to leave, he does not goes alone but along with him trust in the company moves out, this leads to losing not one member but three (existing, new and old).
Mr. Ramesh Ramanathan, now since I have decided to leave, would appreciate if you can look into my case and please advice the procedure of closure and refund the entire amount at the earliest.
