[Resolved] — Airtel worst Service

Customer care is failed to give the proper information and guiding customer with wrong information. Not able to reset the password for two days. Out going call have been blocked.

When called up the senior customer care, giving childish answers.

Airtel chennai had excellent customer service and billing systems. Is there a plan to integrate the postpaid customers on to a single platform.

My credit limit used to be Rs 7500 on [protected], I had blackberry and international roaming

I signed up for a new postpaid [protected], my new credit limit is Rs 1500 and I have been barred from making outgoing calls for 24 hours (why do this when you have my customer history) and my blackberry service is awful. do I need to subscribe to the Rs 899/- plan to receive my emails

Looking forward to the next bill showing my call history and bill details.
