[Resolved]  Cognizant Technology Solutions — PF withdrawal

Hi,

It has been a 5 months now since I submitted PF withdrawal document to Cognizant Chennai office. They have not even submitted those docs to PF Chennai office. I do not know where to complaint about this ***** HR to get the issue resolved.

My PF account no. is TN/MS/31309/090497.I have submitted my PF withdrawal application with duely signed by me to my previous organisationi in Oct 2009 ( Cognizant Technology Solutions,Mumbai).

As its touching june 2011 and i have still not received the Pf in my bank account.
After sending them a lot of reminders they came up with-

"Since the PF office is busy with releasing the PF Annual statements, there would be delay in processing the closure forms. The PF office will release the annual statements by 3rd week of March, post which we will start submitting the claims for processing.

We have been facing issues of documents missing from PF office post submission of Closure forms. This has resulted in rejecting the claims and where the PF member is asked to resubmit the claims again. In order to avoid this confusion, we have stopped submitting the claims till 3rd week of March. Request you to mail us in the first week of April to check on the status of submission (HRSS Benefits, SDB4,7th Floor,SDB4,7th Floor)"

And they said it would take next few months for the issue to get resolved. i need to wait for some more time till we get clarity from the PF office on the PF transfer/withdrawal for the associates.

I would really appriciate if could look into this issue as this is a common query of all the people.
I have mail all document related to PF closure around 8-9 months back. But till today I don't have any update on this processing.

Every time I hear that wait for 2-3 months.. which has been regular to me

I need to withdraw my PF. I got the PF Claim form from PF office. They wants cognizant manager signature with PF amount details. So please let me know the person contact number(HR). Thank you

my last working day in cts is may 2013 ...i sent a mail to hrss people and getting the response that we are processing your request ..but yet they haven't submitted my form to epfo ...their reply is just copy and paste the previous response only ...7 month left ..i dont know when i will get my PF amount...

I got the mail that your form is submitted to pf office chennai, I dropped many mails at cognizant pf mail but still they are not replying.

I don't know what's going on. Its more than six months now . I am very unhappy about this.

Hema here, have you receive the PF amount from cognizant?
I have submitted the claim in June 2015 & am checking with the PF office whether the claim has been done or not but they still say that it not done.

Cognizant PF withdrawal issue is from 2009 to till date ?
Checked with the PF office chennai and found there was delay from Cognizant only. Same case with me and I'm also waiting for my pf from last one year.
Raising grievance with the pf office is also not helping. Need to raise grievance with prime minister now.

I am ex-employee of cognizant and during my employment CTS created 2 PF accounts for now when i applied for PF withdrew online only 1 account is approved and another is rejected saying I currently work for Cognizant. I am currently working in IBM and I have separate PF account for IBM,

I have been trying to get help but Cognizant section in Chennai PF office never responds to phones or emails.

I don't know how to complaint.
