hi i live in borivali west, there is one dairy called savariya dairy in our locality, he charges 1 rupee more on any packaged milk and butter milk packets, when asked he replies that the company has increased the price but the print on the bag is of old mrp as this r old bags, this is happening since last three years, pls kindly look into this complaint and teach this ppl a good lesson, savariya dairy, ganesh krupa bldg, eksar road, near st rock`s college, eksar road, borivali west

in baikunthpur (koria cg)and at max places in electronics city, the shopkeepers
are selling cold drinks (sprite thumps up and many more products) which need
cooling at more than MRP. They are saying that the extra charge is
cooling charge. We argued them a lot of times but they dont give at MRP.

1.sprite 23 MRP[protected]selling price Rs 25/[protected]Rs 2/5 extra

go to mrp violation complaint in google and note down the contact number as per your state and file a complaint against them.. i tried its working
The overcharging is illegal and one can go to Consumer Court, but for that u need a receipt of 'overcharging' which no one will give. This is the Govt job to end this problem...Anyone listening.
However, u can complaint at :www.core.inc.in and see the progress. I m also complaining about a similar case.

i observed d same thing in many cities n small towns..in chennai.hyd.kol.blre..silchar, assam, ghy..delhi..evryhwr its dere..thy chrge xtra 2-3rs as cooling charges, .. ab bahot hua..now its tym to do sumthng against of it.. thy r jus making fool out of customers..
