[Resolved]  Compaq v3155au — No display

My laptop compaque v 3000 is not showing display.when i checked with the place from where i purchased they said product is useless buy new one.because for the same product there are many complaints.previously when the product was within warranty company gave me replacement of dvd rom and charger. from that time the display was problem but by switching on and off it was behaving normal so i did not complain.now that is has gone out of warranty almost four months over than one year warranty.I requested the sevice station call centre delhi that even if product is not within warranty the problem started within warranty period secondly i purchased laptop spending rs 37000 and if to repair that i have to spend rs 20000 after one year and four months no user can afford this.thirdly my market survay proved that v3000 is defective product and this is common problem coming up almost in same amount of period.I requested the company to provide me free service as i can not afford to buy new product.compoany agreed and they told me to go to vintek model colony service sattion pune.Mr vegese from delhi call centre gave me complaint number 26017990 i visited vintek service station they accepted the device.after i called them after three days and they said that compaint has been closed.I said how can u close it without repairing or giving me solution.I asked them then why ur company promised me.I brought my laptop back.I called up delhi call centre i told her the matter.she took the new complaint again and gave me complaint number [protected].I asked her five times i[censored]r pune service station will refuse to repair free.She said no one can stop you you will get free repair and if they will refuse tell them to call delhi call centre.I went to vintek pune model colony service sation again/they accepted the laptop and told me to leave for repair.I called them after every two or three days but thwey said they are waiting for my replacement part.I gave them my laptop on 9-7-08 and today on 22-7-08 i called them twice they said they will call me and let me know.then Mr sanjay ingle from vintek called me and said they can not repair out of warranty product. I was so shocked hearing this.Now it is not only about product it is about i am getting mentally torture my working hours time wastage and my travelling and making local calls to vintek and making std calls to delhi call centre for longer times is really a limit of torture.I feel like company and service station vintek pune is playing with me.I humbly want to request here please repair my laptop i am completely not satisfied with the laptop or provide me the compensation for my product my time my work and my money wastage or please repair it and provide me security otherwise your product is not a value for money and no middle class customer can bear the loss of Rs 37000 in one year four months period.I would loke to request the company to do the needful and provide me free sevice for your product otherwise what ever expenditure and torture i am going through company should pay for it along with the product repair.I am highly dis appointed with company and service stations behave please justice with me or else i have to take legal support.
