Hello,My Name is Ganga Shran Bharti. I'm a teacher in a Goverment School. There are several illegal cattle dairies without licenses at Gali No 2/4 West Nathu Colony, Mandoli Road, Shahdara lodged a complaint in police Mansoravar garden. But police do nothing but only take illegal money from these dairies and let these dairies run Illegally.
It has made our street a mess. The open severs ( Naliyan ) are choked and there is Cow Dung ( Gobar ) all over the street in Day and Night. Any Civilized Person can't cross street when the cattle are tied outside. They (cattle) are also obviously kept in a dirty place, they beat animals and what not and fight everybody whoever raise voice against this nuisance.
If there is such law which can stop these people, please help

I am a resindent of Nangli jalib opp b-1 janakpuri metro station east new delhi. Civil lines zone. I want to complain about an illegal dairy in our locality. In nangli jalib village. There are 15 to 21 buffaloes in the dairy including 6 to 9 cows also. whole cow waste is just drained away on the road and whole road get choacked with dirt and mud.Also during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering movements of vehicles and also effect cleanliness of he road Kindly look to the matter. Since its really very difficult to live in such a unhygenic conditions.

The owner has made our life hell by repeated acts of throwing caracass of his
Animals and diverting the dirt and dung outlets towards our house.
I am dire need of help to deal with this problem.

illegal — ILLEGAL DAIRY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA
Dear Sir,I want to draw your attention towards illegal milk dairies in our area. Dairy owners get a place to shift there buffalows to commercial dairy area but they stay here.Many Complaints goes to MCD but no response, some persons are coming from MCD takes money from Owners and get back without doing anything. By these dairies locality sewer lines are blocked and very tiedy area near those dairies.please take any action as soon as possible.buffalows(20-25) are kept in D 522 mangal bazar sangam vihar(2nd lane to police station sangam vihar first left)
