Dairy in residential areas

I am living in a town named Miranpur (Muzaffarnagar) (Uttarpradesh). There is a colony named Muntazeer Colony where two dairies are making colony dirty and due to these dairies some time road is full of cowdung water as they use submerseval to flow the cowdung in roadside "nalies".This makes it difficult for people to pass through that road and this is the main road connecting to Highway. Illegal dairy in residential area

Sir,

I am a resindent of kadi vihar near nathupura, burari, delhi. Civil lines zone. I want to complain about an illegal dairy in our locality. its a main road of kadivihar D block. There are 10 to 15 buffaloes in the dairy including 5 to 6 cows also. whole cow waste is just drained away on the road and whole road get choacked with dirt and mud.Also during day time he usually tie his pets on the main road hampering movements...
