Respected Sir/Madam, With respect to the following details, i, as an ex-employee, have not recieved the EPF as of today, 20th Apr 09. Ltd Ex-employee ID:[protected] Tenure: 3+ yrs PF A/C nr: HR/GGN/25204/24192 Withdrawal application submitted on: Application was resubmitted in last week* of January 09 [protected][protected][protected][protected] Additionally, the EPF officials informed over the phone that the withdrawal applications are being processed and anticipated to close all these applications and payments by end of fiscal year 2008 (by end of Mar'09). Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd. — PF Money not Credited in Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have resigned from Convergys India Services Pvt. Ldt in March 2008 and the PF Form was filled in November 2008. I called up the Company HR and they said that they have received confirmation from PF Office in Gurgaon. I called up the PF Office in Gurgaon and I was told that the Checque was Send on my Savings Account in Citibank and should be credited in Maximum 30 Days else I was told to call. I have been continously Calling PF Office adnd the No. is always busy. When I call up the Other No. I am told to call Enquiry as that the Only lie active right now. Today is 2nd April and have still not received any info about the same. Can you please Assist.
