cooking gas — Cancelling the booking

HP Gas booked for refilling on 01 Dec 2012, i got message on 12 Dec 2012 saying your refill will be delivered shortly with cash memo no but after 6days on 18 Dec 2012 i received message saying your refilling request got cancelled, i went to my Gas Agency (Maheshwari Gas Agency in Chamaraj Pet 3rd Main,Bangalore) to ask about cancellation refilling they said reason is door locked that's why booking got cancelled but they have not intimated to us before cancelling the booking. There should be communication with consumer before cancelling the gas booking.
