friends — DEBIT IN CURRENT ACCOUNT

Rs.387 and Rs.100 has been debited in my current account no.[protected] in the name of Friends.
The above account was opened as you representative Deepak Chaturvedi Relationship Manager approached me and told me that EDC machine will be provided.The bank refused to give the EDC machine .
I requested the bank immediately to close my above current account and refund my Rs.10,000/- given for opening the above account.
Since no ATM card has been issued I was informed to transfer the above amount to my saving account.I cut a cheque for RS.10,000/-.
To my surprise I found my cheque return and my above current account debited .
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU HAVE TO SEND REPRESENTATIVES TO THE RESIDENCE OF CUSTOMERS TO OPEN CURRENT ACCOUNT IF NO EDC MACHINE IS TO BE GIVEN AND DEBIT THEIR ACCOUNTS.
I AM NOT INTERESTED IN HAVING THE CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH YOUR BANK AND REQUEST YOU TO IMMEDIATELY REFUND RS.10,000/- PAID TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE FOR OPENING THE ACCOUNT.WHY SHOULD MY ACCOUNT BE DEBITED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE.
IN CASE MY ENTIRE AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDED I SHALL BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION .
