[Resolved] Country Club — Cheating and Fraud | |||
Dear Sir, Country Club India Limited Resorts has cheated me giving false commitments while offering the club membership. Now, they are turning back from their commitments. They are a big ABUSE on the TRUST of people. Country Club executive Mr. Syed Bilal had taken Rs. 30000/- cash and had not provided any receipt. Now the country club people say that they are not responsible for the money and it is our fault. They promised us free vacation and club membership and now they say that we have to pay for the facilities we use. Numerous follow-ups also did not yield any result. its a total fraud company and will not suggest anyone to take the membership.
have you got the issue settled ? i have filed a consumer court case at mumbai and got back the entire amount.

Register a FIR against the name of that executive. If the thing is not sorted out by the police, approach the consumer court.
