This is in regards to my Membership#DT54 2797. I bought this membership in August 2011 for 46000 Rs. When i bought this membership it was told to us that the amount that we will pay using a credit card will be converted to EMI for 18 months. However they did not tell us that they did not have Tie up with Citibank to convert the swipe amount to EMI. The card was swipped for 46000 Rs, we waited for a week to see if it has been converted to EMI, however it was never done. When we called Citibank to check why it has not been converted to EMI they told us that- it is suppose to be done at the time when u swipe the card, it cannot be converted to EMI post swiping is done, Also Citibank informed us that they don't have tie up with Country Vacations for converting swipe to EMI's. We went to the Pune office when we came to know about this however no one was ready to help us with anything. After following up for so many days they finally told us that they will refund the interest charged to us. We gave them all the documents that we have received from Citibank, Wasim told us that it would be refunded to the account with 45days however nothing has ever happened up till now. We are tired of following up with Wasim on this, he never returns the call neither he replied to the SMS,s.
Following are the people involved-
1. Sumit- Closed the sale with us- Cell #- [protected]
2. Shrutesh- Took the payment of 46000 Rs and did not inform us that it will not be converted to EMI. Cell#-[protected]
3. Wasim- He promised us the Refund of the interest, all the documents were submitted to him. he does not call back neither he replies to my texts. cell#- [protected]
4. Rasheed- Was the person who followed up with us to make the payment fast, he called us 3 times in a day before the payment was made, when the payment was made he did not even bother to take our calls. Cell#- [protected], [protected]
this membership was purchase in August and its Jan 2012, nothing has been done so far to help me with anything. Real bad customer service and on top fooling innocent people by lying to them and not telling them everything.
