Country Vacations is a timeshare business. Before you spend big $ entering into a Timeshare arrangement, you should make sure it is an investment that is right for you. There is plenty of information available on the internet about the disadvantages of timeshare including that they are difficult to sell, and you are stuck with an annual maintenance fee. There can also be alot of fraud around timeshare sales.
Here's a website listing ten reasons not to buy timeshares:

Before you spend a signficant amount of money, make sure you do your research and decide what the risk is, and whether this is really for you.
Personally I think you are better off just using the money that you might invest in a timeshare, to buy a holiday as you want it.
