[Resolved]  Countrywide Holidays — No dates & venue confirmation

I was offered a gift voucher for the holidays and I had duly applied for it sending the letter on time. I haven't received the letter from them confirming my destination till date. From the phone number given to me by the party offering me gift voucher, I talked to Mr Jaiswal today and he told me that the bookings are for tomorrow in ooty. I am wondering how will I get the tickets booked for travelling at this point of time? Further on Mr Jaiswal told me that they don't have any mechanism to confirm whether courier was received by the concerned person or not and the onus is on me to confirm the hotel bookings!!! I am unhappy with the tone and the answers being given by Mr Jaiswal.. Certainly they need to teach their executives to speak properly...

The service provided by CountryWide Holidays is very POOR and you should consider twice before hiring them for providing gift vouchers otherwise you will see your customers disgruntled.
