[Resolved]  cpwd delhi — have not bothered to clear the bathroom severage pipe ,even after three days.

I had lodged a complaint, for blocked severage of our bathroom at h. no; A-156, Motibagh-1, New Delhi -21.three days ago, but till date no one has bothered to attend to the conmplaint, . I pay around rs 6000, per month as rent, but the service of the CPWD is very poor, &nill.

The last time a sever man came to repair the same blockage, & broke the sever pipe dueto which the people living below had a very bad time, all the dirty water was flowing in to their kitchen, & I had to carry out the repair work mysel[censored]sing white cement purchased from a private store.

the attitude of the CPWD is very bad.

Sir I have been allotted a quarter no B-506 in Sarojini Nagar. I enquired for Updation of my accomodation from JE/AE but they told me your quarter will not be updated as no contract available with us. you can go to anyone in CPWD we least bother for that. Sir i want to ask question to you that are we authorised to have a updated querter or not? if yes then contract finalisation is not our work and it is not finialised upto May 2005 then is it not fault of CPWD. Our hard urned Rs 6000 and above money is cut from our payment and we are denied for updated house. when we shift to house, it is very difficult to get updated house in proper manner. why our cpwd staff/officers are not sensitive to our problem. they less caring to higher officer for their responsibilities. please give me answer for this otherise we will be compeled to go to minister concerned. thanks you sir.

Sir, I have been allotted a quarter no C-218 Sarojini Nagar, in the monthe of January, 2010 and due to upgradation the said quarter was handed over to me on 31.5.2010 by the JE/AE for which an accupation slip is already been issued to me on 1.6.2010 by your office. But I am inviting your attention to my problem that English WC was provided to me after the upgradation work has completed by the contractor but floor tiles in the toilet not refixed till date. It is also to inform that new window frame are provided by the contracto but window glass are not fixed. I contacted the JE many times, but nothing happened. Ultimately we lodged the complaint on the website of CPWD (cpwdsewa.nic.in). Here also, despite our repeated complaints, no one contacted us. The complaint is shown as attented after 2-3 days on the website. There is a big problem for us .But J.E is not paying his attention towards these problems.please give me answer for this otherise we will be compeled to go to minister concerned. thanks you sir.

For last six months the outside floor is broken at several places. Monsoon makes it worst as the potholes get filled up with the rainwater making it an abode of mosquitoes. My numerous complaints have fallen on deaf years. The J.E and the rest never agree to come and see the condition? What am i suppose to do? Is anyone listening?

Sir I have been allotted a quarter no D-321 in Sarojini Nagar. 3 months ago the peripheral of my quarter was repaired but within 15 days of its repair, that repaired portion was completely broken to sand because of less quantity of cement. i immediately reported this matter in written to AE CPWD and JE CPWD sarojini nagar but they have not taken any action till date. which causes a drastic condition around the quarter, that can only be observed by see on the ground. I hope you will ordered the authority to see on ground and arrange immediate repair. thanking you sir.
I am residing at 35-L, CGH Complex, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi - 110 057. I have complained several times from last two years for changing of wooden broken windows. But it has not been repaired till date. And online also I have complained several times. Every time the Carpenter visited my residence and noted down that the window has to be changed to iron one. The windown is hanging position. All the times the ground floor members are busy for gardening if the wooden glass fall down on the head of any members of ground floor, there will be serious problem.

And I have a complaint of the Carpenter because when he comes for his job he never open his shoes. We always remind him not to use shows in my house because THE HOUSE IS MINE IS TEMPLE. because he sometimes goes to latrine/bathroom. that is why we always not permitting him with shoes.In that case what action can be taken against the carpenter.

I am staying 35-L, CGH Complex, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. I have a complaint against the garage because the chowkider occupied the garage for block No. 35. Earlier there is no problem because there was limited bykes. Now all the allottes have bykes. So I can not keep my byke inside the garage due to pre-occupied by the chowkider and my byke is giving problem by rain So, my opinion is that the chowkider can be shifted some other place where bykes are limited. Also be informed the RWA for necessary action immediately.

I live in sarojini nagar, the house I live is totally detorable condition, whole roof of the house in under leakage specially in rainy season, when we complain in the enquiry, those peoples are not taking any action, they are just sitting and talking nonsense things to others colleague. Even the person who note down the complain was not bother about the problems which we are facing, on that time he is just laugh like we are making a joke.
We live in H-360 in sarojini nagar, The condition of my house is pathetic, every where in the roof there is water coming out. Please take urgent action.
You are very true . they are least bother, sitting all the day in enquiry office & spend whole day drinking n eating tobaaco. if you personally visit them for your complaint, they behaive very wild.

I am resident of lodhi colony which is considered as heaven of central delhi. If you see the services given by the inquiry situated near khanna market which looks after our complaints, is the hopeless like other inquiries. Sewer block complaint made on 15th Feb., 2011 is not attended till 24th Feb, even after going personally almost everyday and running pillar to post to have the same done, even after paying to privately for such work, the position is still the same as on the first day, i.e., around 8 p.m. on 15.2.2011. Will you dare to say it is a heaven? Can one expect worse than this? There are so many complaints which are lingering from years together, where to go and to whom to complain? Both husband and wife pay for this house of type III around 16000/- but living with facilities like a jhuggi? Sometimes water problem, sometimes electricity problem, sometimes water logging, cleanliness, and... how many to count. I agree with your posts, it is going worse to worst, even after getting funds more and more every year, for whom? we the residents and they are making us feel as if we are beggers and go everyday to see the "sada hua face" every day. I dont know why government is giving them fund, let them all become daily wagers so that they may learn a lesson that no work no pay.

This post of mine will clear the position how depressed I am due to their callous attitude and behaviour.

I have been allotted Quarter No. 504, Block 13, Lodi Road in June, 2010 and the possession of the quarter is given on 6th Feb., 2011.

It has been observed that there is only one fan( in the front rrom only) fixed in the quarter. The other three fans and exhausts of the quarter are missing. I have visited CPWD service center about ten times for providing the fans in the quarter No 504 Block No. 13 but in vain. As the summer season has been started and it is very difficult to sit in the rooms without fan during day time, it is requested that fans in all the rooms may be provided on urgent basis.

The re-employment of retired lift operators of CPWD by the private contractor to man the lifts in sector 13, M S Flats "K" block, leaves much to be desired.They have been re-employed by the contractor at the beheast of JEs and AEs (electrical) of CPWD .These retired government employees are seldom seen performing their duties and are often seen loitering outside.The expenditure incurred by the CPWD on all these liftmen is a waste of money for the services that are never provided to the consumers. The views of the consumers are never taken into considerations while releasing payment to the private contractor.This smacks of corruption and underhand dealings, All payment records of CPWD (ELECTRICAL) must be seized and the present contract cancelled.All previous payments must be forfeited forthwith.

The undersigned had forwarded the self problems for short out vide applications dated under reference, but my problems have not been solved so far.

Further, this is to inform that on[protected] a civil contractor has came at my house and said that “your Kitchen’s works will be started wef.[protected]Friday) kitchen items may be shifted to another place from the kitchen. On Friday[protected] a civil works man will come again and said that your kitchen works will be started from[protected]Saturday) & return to back from my house. Accordingly, I have already shifted my kitchen items from the Kitchen as assured by them.

But, today on[protected] nearly 15 days have been lapsed, but no one come for constructing to Kitchen works. My kitchen is vacated till date for construction. But no one has came for the same purpose. After inspites requested over telephone and writing but no one heard on the above matter so far. I am very disappointed for the above aptitude of the officers and men of CPWD.

In this regard, it is requested that the matter may kindly be looked into personally so that the my issues can be shorted out without any further delay.

With due respect and humble submission of the following few lines for kind consideration and favourable action please.

2. I Sub Inspector/Steno. Rakesh Kumar serving at CIS[censored]nit CSI Airport, Santacruz, Mumbai-99. I have been allotted a family accommodation in Sector –I, Kane Nagar, Antophill, ie. block No. 104, Quarter No. 961 vide CPWD allotment letter No. 96 dated[protected] and the same was handed over to me on[protected]FN), vide CPWD order No. JE/IV/KANE NAGAR/2011/17 dated[protected]. After occupying the above said quarter by me. The key of the Qtr. No. 961 was handed over to the CPWD official for maintaining as desired by JE/Civil, CPWD. I have clearly briefed and requested to JE/CPWD that “I am shifting my family from Delhi to Mumbai by[protected], so that the said quarter may be renovated /up graded on or before[protected], but no renovation/maintenance was done wef.[protected] to[protected]within 14 days).

3. On[protected], I was met with the JE/CPWD(Civil), Sector-I, and intimated the condition of the quarter and requested to renovate the quarter as early as possible, because, this quarter’s Toilet, Bathroom and Kitchen are very dirty and grimy conditions, which are not possible to use them. The Junior Engineer/Civil has assured that this quarter will be renovated/uprageded either end of March’2011 or 1st week of April-2011. Further, the same situation was intimated to the AE/CPWD (Civil) Sector-I on[protected]. Beside this, so many times requested to JE & AE(Civil) for maintaining the quarter met personally and over telephone. And now, at about 3 months have been passed, but no renovation /upgradation has been started so far.

4. Besides, above the following dates, I have been made the complaint for renovation / maintaining the Toilet, Bathroom & Kitchen of Qtr No. 961/104 at the earliest. Neither attend the complaints by concern person nor received positive reply from CPWD side, but also ignorance by them as comparison of others.

In this regard, action may kindly be taken against them.

5. Without Sink in the kitchen very difficulties are facing by my family to wash /clean the daily uses utensil items. If complete renovation of the quarter is not possible at the earliest, atleast a temporary sink may kindly be installed in the kitchen till further renovation.

6. In view of the above, It is requested that the matter may please be looked into & necessary instructions may be issued to concerned officer for resolving my problems immediately.

I have shifted in Quarter No.C-430, Type-III, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. Following repairing work is required in my quarter on priority please :-
1. Door of bathroom is broken from its downward portion. This requires repairing or change.
2. Two tube light in room and two outdoor bulb point not working.
3. Three plug point of one switch board not working.
4. Glass of one light lamp is broken, this should be changed.
5. Water supply in wash basin not working due to non availability of pipe.This should be connected.
6. Switch of fan is not working in one room. It is used through regulator but only one point is working, thus regulator also requires to be changed or repaired.

Personal (Govt Official) — Poor CPWD Services

Dear Sir,

I would like to attract attention of all concerned authorities to the state of affairs going on in CPWD business. I am a resident of Andrews Ganj, F-32, Road No.2 since Sep 2008. Since FEB 2009, action is pending on my application regarding fallen roof-chunk, occurred however without any damage of life.

Also, a complain number 1005861 dated 03/11/2010 on leaking and seeping roof, which actually allow buldging of roof inside rooms and later falling, is still pending. Many visits to local CPWD office yielded no results.

Yesterday (10 JUL 11), a chunk of roof fallen in Kitchen breaking two water taps and utencils on the basins and reported vide complaint no. 1935942 dated 10 Jul 11 for urgent attendence. Could not contact JE, AE and Executive Engineer telephonically as all numbers provided by call cantre ([protected]) and CPWD Web site were not responded.

Please look into the matter because many other portion of roof in the house are buldged and about to fall. Apart, there is a continuous crack in one bed room with buldging in the roof, which if fall can surely claim lives.
