[Resolved]  cpwd delhi — Harassing by J.E (Civil) of Income Tax Colony Pitampura

Sir,I have already written to CPWD official with two reminder and this is my third letter to you.But it is very shockfull that CPWD all official are very lazy to reply on mail so why they having Govt email ID and why it is mentioned on cpwd 's official website if they are not taking interest to reply the complaint mails.For your refrences I herewith attach my complaint letter below.


Dear Sir,
It is bring to your kind notice that I Naushad Ali retired employee of Income Tax Depptt. was availing the govt. Flat facility at 138,type-II Income tax colony pitam pura Delhi,now when I went to your J.E (civil) on11/04/2011 to handing over the said flat ,he refuse to take possession of flat,actually my flat's balcony is covered with brick work so J.E said that,he will take flat possession only after when I collaps all wall side of balcony,but I want to tell you that there are many flats those surrendered and taking possession by the same J.E in the covered balcony with brick work condition and among them some flats no are 601 type-I,167 type-II,76 type-III.Flat no-167 and 76 both are surrendered in the month of february to march 2011 and from the last allotee of said flats I had to know that your J.E and one of his beldaar named mr.Devender took Rs.5000/= to giving them flat vacation letter means they took bribe to surrent the govt flat,So may be ther are expecting money from me too in terms of handing over the flat,that is why J.E and his beldaar harrassing and mentally torchered me although I am senior citizen.At the time of allotment flat no-138 mr. Devender charged Rs.500/= to me to saying that there is in this flat one interlock installed which is not govt inventory so you have to pay the amount of lock,So I just want to tell you that what is going on in the Income tax colony civil deptt.(cpwd) Your current J.E and his beldaar fully currupt and both are harrassing the alottee at the time of fresh alotment and surrent of flat,In future for your refrences I can attach the photos of covered balconies of surrendered flats if you wish.
Kindly look into the matter and instruct your J.E that either he take possession of my flat in same condition or collaps all the flats balconies those are covered soon and early basis because I have to submit the flat vacation letter in my office.Otherwise my next level to ascellation would be cpwd vigilance depptt. and T.V media too that they are harrasing a sinior citizen for the bribe only.
