reissue of I-PIN

my user i.d.(PRAN) no[protected] first time when I-PIN & T-PIN had tried to access the my PRAN account but from the starting my account is not opened. And now the when i am tried to access the account it shows the your account is Forzen. that's why i am not able to access the my account . more over my Demat account related NSDL account is open normaly .so please.tell me what should i do to access the my account related to NPS account. and Issue me to I-PIN & T-Pin . my Mail Id ;[protected]@gmail.com
