[Resolved]  Credila Educational Loan -Fraud — Cheating by credila executives Miss. Shruti Goel, New Delhi

CHEATING BY CREDILA EXECUTIVE----"

Dear Sir,
I applied for education loan for MBA in "Lal bahadur shastri institute of
management" New Delhi and Miss. Shruti Goel, one of Credila employee was handling my case. It s a very shocking for
me that most of the conditions mentioned below related to loan were hidden in the beginning and not disclosed and
just when the loan got sanctioned and I was to pay my initial deposit of my college such condition popped up. The
conditions were
1.Complusory Life Insurance Policy –This condition was not there while applying for loan
2.Processing fees. I was told there will be zero processing fees but when the loan got sanctioned I was asked for
Rs.5000/- as processing fees.
3.Interest Rate- In the beginning I was told that Interest rate would be 12.25 % but after sanction I was asked to pay
for 12.95%.
Credila executives take financially incapable students for a ride. Since I got admission and was relying on credila
as Miss Shruti Goel, Relationship Manager, Delhi branch approach me in a confident manner that I will definitely be getting
loan before 17/04/2012 the last date for admission to Lal Bahdur Shastri Institute of Management but I did not get any
loan from credila till date and at the end ,I am at complete loss as either I have to accept their irrelevant conditions or
to jeopardize my career. I had suffered a huge mental setback after this incident as I am unable to accept their
conditions which were hidden and I am fearing that even if I am accepting thir conditions some new condition might n
popped up and all this happens due to Credila’ executive Miss. Shruti Goel attitude. The above incident had tarnished
Credila’ as well as HDFC image.
I kindly request you to accept this complaint against for Miss. Shruti Goel Relationship Manager adopting unfair
practices in Loan matters and hiding the facts and providing mental harassment to an aspiring student and spoiling my career
