On March 14, 2020 I received a call from a person named 'Anshika Roy' who claimed to be working for a company named Delta Global Services and the mail I received was from the ID, in.[protected]@yahoo.com. Since I had uploaded my resume and contact details on the Shine job portal while applying for a position on LinkedIn, which guided me through Shine, I was forced to share my personal details. The concerned, 'Anshika Roy, ' told me that my resume has been selected for the position in the Accounts Department at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai and that the mail referred to the initial salary package from Rs 32, 000 to Rs 35, 000 during the 'training period.' The woman further added on call that there would be 3 subsequent rounds, The Written Test, Interview and Document Verification Round to be conducted upon final selection. She forced me to pay an initial sum of Rs 2, 000 as 'Registration.' She told that the deposit has to be made within 30 minutes and a screenshot of the transaction sent to the ID: in.[protected]@yahoo.com. Only upon the payment would I be allowed to give a test. After I fulfilled the first step, I was given an online Math Aptitude questions to which I qualified. The woman by the name Anshika Roy told that now there would be an interview with the HR of 'Indigo Airlines' at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai, however, she did not inform of any payment while she assured of a direct interview with the HR. She repeatedly insisted that her company, Services Recruitment takes care of contacts with HRs of Airlines and that the candidates are allowed to get in touch via 'their company.' Further on 16 March, 2020 (Monday), the same woman called to ask for a further sum of Rs 5, 900 as security deposit. When I asked her the reason for this, she told that "we take security money which is 'refundable' so that if a candidate nullifies a job offer, a security payment is already made." She told that the money is REFUNDABLE AND THAT IT WOULD BE RETURNED AT THE TIME OF DOCUMENTATION AT THE AIRPORT AFTER I SHOW THE INVOICE COPY. THE FAKE INVOICE PDF DISPLAYED THE LOGO OF 'AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA AND DELTA GLOBAL SERVICES. The woman told that this deposit has to be made to Services Recruitment as soon as possible, otherwise, the slot would get over and I would not be able to join the interview process. The payment was made and the sreenshot again sent to '[protected]@gmail.com.' Anshika Roy further connected the call to a person named 'Kartik Roy, ' who claims to be an HR at Indigo Airlines based in Mumbai. The claimed HR asked a couple of questions and later gave a positive reply. After an hour, I received a call from the same woman who told me that I have qualified the interview round and that the company's HR would be calling the next day to discuss the pay package, joining date, etc. The next day, I was connected to a person by the name of Neha who called herself HR and she asked for another payment, this time of Rs 13, 900 for medical examination, resume modification and document clearance. The woman told that security amount of Rs 13, 900 would have to be deposited again if I have to go for medical examination and document verification at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. They kept on claiming that upon reaching the Airport next week, I would get in touch with the HR of Indigo Airlines whose name and contact number would be mentioned in the offer letter which I would get only after payment of Rs 13, 900. It was then that I found the company suspicious and fake and so, I dialed up Indigo Corporate Office's number at Bangalore. They said that they as such, never charge any recruitment fee from the candidate who applies directly. When I further asked Anshika Roy to stall the process then and there and refund the amount, she told that the process would take time and I will have to drop an email stating why am I not able to pay Rs 13, 900 and the reasons for withdrawal. I dropped an email immediately to the same ID, stating that I do not wish to continue the process and requested them to refund the amount. (Rs 2, 000+Rs 5, 900). The email clearly mentions the Account Details and the reason for refunding, which I dropped on 17 March, 2020, but as yet, I have not got any response, neither my money has been refunded.
I called on the same number the woman dialed from before, which she did not pick. Upon calling around 2-3 times, they did not pick up the call.
THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING AND FORGERY.

    This is regarding the
    Education loan of my son keshav lal seth
    I applied for loan three months back in sep 2019 and sanjeev udit from jasola took my case
    They came to my place and gave me list of docs all the docs were given to him
    Only left was the ielts score
    For which my son gave exam and result was to come in the first week of dec 2019
    But height of irresponsibilty is this ki for the full three months i kept on calling all of them and they didn’t bother to pik up my call i kept on sending the msgs everyday and asking them if they need any more document
    But no one responded i felt so harrased that one day i sent sanjeev msg that i m going to put ur complaint and he very casually said ki
    Aapko jo karna hai kar leziye humko koi farak nahi padta
    Haan farak kyuon padega they r getting their salaries
    Why they hv to bother for the customer
    They r happy as there is no one to chek them
    Sanjeev sent me the msg ki
    I enjoying family dont disturbing
    I can send u his screen shot
    Kya english hai wah kamaal hai
    Yeh hdfc ko represent karte hain
    Anyway what to me
    Even as soon ielts reault came we sent it to sanjeev in 15 min
    According to me file was complete with ielts result
    We are taking extensions in the offer letters coz of delay by credilla
    I wrote an email to credilla helpline and due to this mail i got a call from rahul and he said they will take action against them sanjeev and udit
    Then balance bank statements were sent to them all the docs of my daughter as guranter were sent prior in advance and then latest statements were sent to them

    But i dont know ki prob kahan hai its been four months now
    Right now i m on vacation in vietnaam and combodia even the then i m continuously calling them to know the status of my file but no response
    Everything has been done including verification and cal to my daughter in usa

    All the things r done and today udit sent me msg for few more docs like my property which i hv already sent to him
    This is height of irresponsility that they keep on asking me al the time for docs and i hot msg at 12.15 about few more docs and teally i shouted on udit that why cant u take all docs together u r harrasing me like anything
    And as being in half an hour time sanjeév told me that the loan has been declined
    It was so riddiculus that i cant tel
    -is this the way credilla works
    -is this right approach of working
    -why all docs cannot be asked together
    -pls tel me in ki half an hour pehle mere se docs maange ja rahe hain and maine to abhi docs diye bhi nahi aur decline bol diya
    Sanjeev udit both have misbehaved throughout with me my docs wwee lying with them for three and half month
    Why cant he chek what more docs r reqd
    Why they didnt pik up my cal or cal me bk for the docs
    Isthis right
    And how can it be possible that ki mere papers bhi poore nahi hain aur mujhe loan decline bola ja raha hai
    Can anybody tel on which basis they r telling this
    If it was a decline case why they hv not checked it before as my papers were lying with them with four months almost why udit is not having knoledge about all the docs to be taken
    Is this their way of working
    Its harrasement to customer
    How can it be possible that in half an hour they r asking for docs and decline the case
    In fact all udit raul and sanjeev all hvbecome egoistis as ki a lady hokar maine inko scold kara aur inki mail pe complaint bheji

    Any way look inyo the matter and give me details of my loan status and i want to know what action has been against them

    Also do the needful and chek my docs and log in for procedue

    How is it possible the without login they did this blunder
    Its a tatal harrsement to customer
    I cld not even dream of it from credilla
    And shocked to see this is the way u educate ur employees and train them
    Its a matter of shame for credilla for what and how they did it to me
    All docs of my son r ready to go and udit and sanjeev wasted my three months if they had all my papers with them then its a decline case it cld be informed to me earlierits only the laziness and carelessness and irresponsible act

    Such employees are black spot to the organisation who really spoils the name of the organisation and break the trust of the customer
    Action shuld be taken against such employees
    And sort out my case asap
    I m sending this mail to all the board of directors media channel
    If i m not getting resolution then it will be bad for credilla i m going to put my case on all the social media channels and shall be tweeting for credilla
    So understand what i want to say to u and do the needful

        Hi sir/mam, am sukumar i got one tyre for my royal fielded bike piralli tyre from that shop at 13-09-19/inv lss/[protected]. If i get tyre i got wobble i canot identify after some days i go to royal enfield show room they identify tyre will be wobble. I come and tell he change new tyre and ask 1500 extra money. Am not give money so again change my old tyre and if you pay i will change otherwise i cant change. After some argument suppose u pay i cant change tyre what you can do you do they are saying. They have under warranty that tyre i dont know why i pay why i get warranty. Please help me i need to complain for they dont do this kind of speech for other customers. Kindly as soon as possible

            Hi my 55" LED tv of Philps is had color issue, on website I searched and found contact details of customer service centre, they told me they are authorized service center of Philps and we trusted them, they charged us 8, 500/- and had told they will replace the backlight, within 10 days the tv broke down completely, they are now not picking up my calls and have blocked my no, there customer service no also is not registering out complain, please beware of their techincan Sonu he will cheat you and tell you of issues which is actual not there is is so shocking that a reputed brand like Philps is not taking any action against such fraud service centre who are driving away their customer, humble request please do not trust customer service centre bases in kurla

              Sir one day I get call from usys services named sushma .she told me about online form filling and asked me my id and address then she sent me the agreement after reading that I mailed her I am not interested but she never replied me and I called her many times but she never answered me .i geared that it's a fraud company .please help me sir I send my I'd and address.please resolve my problem

                Hi team,

                I was in touch with their representatives - rajendra and kishore from bangalore office. They collected all my information and my father's information. To an extent kishore asked me to whatsapp my personal documents which was irrelevant to loan processing. After two days, without any reason he says that the loan is rejected.

                I am okay with the loan not being sanction. But i find the entire process they make you go through is suspicious. Finding this, we approached the central cell to check if my loan request was even addressed, they confirmed that my loan request never approached them.

                They have not given correct details for rejection, taken my personal documents irrelevant for loan processing unofficially and also not answering or responding to our calls and messages.

                Severe action to be taken on such fraudulent people who are fooling innocent students and their parents

                  I had applied for student loan.

                  My loan is not sanctioned . I have requested for send me my documents back and yet I didn’t get my documents back from HDFC credila. Their executive Shravan from Mumbai office says that it’s your need so come in office and collect . Lol .
                  When u need customers documents u come to their door on the same day when we apply and u can’t send documents within a month. Please train ur executives how to talk with customers. Poor company

                      I got admission offer on november 15, 2017 for a university joining date of january 1, 2018, where student visa filed after december 1st, 2017 will be rejected by canadian embassy. Keeping that i have only 15 days left in mind and getting suggestions form few friends i came to know credila does faster processing. Customer service people promised 6-7 days of processing time and i applied and submitted all documents on the very day of receiving offer letter (Nov 15, 2017) to mr. Senthil and madurai and applied for 25 lakhs of loan.
                      I was not provided with any loan application number, and was tracked based on my mobile number [protected]. Every day i was calling my manager for status and he rarely picks or calls back. From the beginning he was a man of few words. Our property was evaluated 21st november and address was verified 23rd november. I called my sales manager few days after application that i need 3 things to be done before november 30
                      1. Loan sanction
                      2. Loan disbursal
                      3. Payment of tuition fee (Which he said will take 48 hours to get receipt after payment)
                      He said he will try his best. On 24th nov, i tried calling him on noon and in evening but he didn't pick or call back. So, i called customer care and they gave me mr. Murthy a regional manager's number. Upon talking to him, he explained that i am nowhere near to getting my above mentioned 3 steps done before november 30 and it will take much more time and clearly explained me the steps (Which was never done by senthil). He called my sales manager mr. Senthil and blasted over the conference call and asked him to speed up the process so that i won't miss the deadlines. After the call, my manager called me and inquired why i escalated it to the regional manager, and said he'll try.
                      Next day i got a call from my manager and he said "your loan got declined", the reason was "your father-in-law cannot be the guarantor/co-borrower" and i can't even get 5 lakhs of a loan.
                      My question is, if father-in-law cannot be my guarantor why am i not informed beforehand? Now that i'm sure i'm gonna miss my deadline. I have already tansferred 17000 $ to canadian banks for my living expenses, and now i need to withdraw them back.
                      Credila didn't even bother to communicate anything over written communication but was only communicated by word of mouth. I need a written communication clearly stating the reason for loan refusal, to provide reasoning to my university, canadian bank, and employer and communicate that i will not be joining the university in canada.
                      Also, explain to me why father-in-law cannot be a co-borrower or why your managers are not informed about it?

                        I am shravan studying in a premier symbiosis institute and i had availed an education loan from credila. I had to pay my third semester fees by 31st july, 2017 and i had contacted credila well in advance to deposit the fees a week in advance. They did not contact me for the next three days and get back on the last day saying they required documents for proof. I, then submitted the required documents on that day but to my dismay, they still have not paid my fees after 2 days. I have tried contacting them multiple times but the branch manager hasn't received my calls.

                        The manager's name is rajendran who is the manager of sales in credila, chetpet office and ramya has been the other point of contact.

                          I have got sanction letter for Rs.27 lakh from credila on 9/5/2017. In that sanction letter it is clearly written that we can avail disbursement upto 30th September, 2017 and agreement can be signed within 6 months from the date of issue of sanction letter. You can clearly see the sanction letter issued by credila.

                          Loan account no. A[protected]

                          Mr. Mohit Arora and shri Pankaj Kumar of Credila are harassing me, my wife, and my son daily over phone to take the disbursal immediately and otherwise we will cancel our loan unilaterally.

                          They have sent mail also as under-
                          "Your case is being declined as the agreement copy is still pending from your end

                          Also please note that as per policy we would be notifying the concerned authorities(university & the visa embassy) that the loan has not been availed by the customer.

                          Please see the enclosed mail received from Shri Mohit Arora, Manager which in itself blackmailing me and declining our loan.

                          I have not written to them saying that I have declined any loan. I have paid the processing charges of Rs.23000/-.

                          How Can Credila unilaterally cancel the loan . I am having the time upto Sept 2017 to take disbursal. In the Sanction letter it is written that within 6 months I have to sign agreement.

                          Take immediate action on the employees and agents

                            I took a loan from Credila for my education.
                            My second instalment disbursement was scheduled on Last month 30'th.I received a SMS from Credila that my second instalment disbursement is pending and to release that there was a contact person mentioned.His name was "Vairaman" from Chennai office.
                            I contacted him and I signed the agreements and completed the process from my side in a day.
                            I already missed my deadline since I was ignorant that the second disbursement will happen automatically.But when I try to reach him through phone I am not able to reach him.He is not even replying to the mail.Moreover once he pics up the call he is saying that "You are not the only customer".He can't even say the status of my loan application.I was totally depressed with the way he spoke.I have to answer to my finance manager on crossing the deadline.I was already depressed with that and this guy after getting all the relevant and required documents still can't tell where does my disbursement process is lying.

                              Respected Sir,
                              I was told on 16th March, 2017 by HDFC Credila that my loan will be processed by 22 March, 2017 once I submit the documents such as their application, ITR, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, etc. to the person contacted through my college website for education loan with provisional call letter as placements are 100% for my course(PGDM-Healthcare) . As they told me to reduce the fixed interest rate and promised a quick response, I opted for HDFC Credila. After 7 days, they write a mail to me and my father stating the loan can’t be processed mentioning no proper reason. We inquired and weren’t told any reason. They wasted 10 days and I think it is because of low financial income of my father and mother. Just because we do not have money, we need a loan. They called me multiple times earlier but now they aren’t telling the reason. Plus, the loan had to give me an unsecured loan as mentioned by them on college website (TAPMI). They said if you take a collateral loan, only then we can process the loan within another 4 days and we will lower your rate of interest more. I have to submit my fees by in about two weeks and if takes longer for another loan, my admission will get cancelled.

                              To notify, They asked me for my mother's ITR, my father shared it with the contact person on Whatsapp the same moment but it still went ignored as of 24th March, 2017. You can find the contact person number in the images.

                              Hasn't been resolved since 25 march.
                              They do the same thing which all customers. When they need our documents they come on the same day. But when it’s their turn to revert they do not response properly and also says that it’s your requirement not ours. Lol .

                              Better to go with Prodigy finance or Avance finance . Their service is way better than poor HDFC Credila’s service. I think they should take sessions with their employees to train them properly.

                                Education loan is levied interest at 12.25%. Post-demonitisation interest rates of all loans were revised downward by most banks.

                                Current ROI is 12.25%. When requested for interest reduction, the following is the reply --

                                We are reviewing our borrowing cost, operation cost, etc. closely and as and when we see reduction in the same, we will pass on the benefits to you and other customers.

                                No timelines given for reduction of interest rates.

                                Account maintenance charges of Rs.1500/- is debited, once repayment of loan commences. No charges are debited when loan is availed or during the tenure of the loan, until repayment. Why?.

                                Loan repaid in every instalment is different from that shown in loan account as amount received.

                                At the time of availing loan, Credila has promised that an amount of Rs.5000/- worth of books can be purchased free. No such option given to student.

                                Not many ATMs in USA are having facility for withdrawing through HDFC Forex card. For every withdrawal from ATM in USA, there is additional charge imposed, which was not communicated to us and neither reimbursed.

                                Overall bad experience.

                                Prospective Students -- Approach Government banks instead of NBFCs.

                                  Hi i have applied for education loan for my higher education in Canada. with lots of hope gave all documents they asked. i spoke to pradeep ( manager ) he review the documents and said there should not be any problem. As a CO- Applicant they have requested any other person from my family as my dad is retired. so my nominated my Uncle( my dads own brother) as my Co- applicant and submitted all his details and a check of 2, 500.

                                  there were verification call and property valuation done and after 5 days i got a message saying that credila has no education loan product matches our requirement. i called up pradeep immediately and to my surprised he was not aware that my loan got rejected, and i called him time by time he dint answer my call. and today i went to office personally and asked for reason for my loan rejection he said co applicant cant be uncle it should be own brother or sister. without knowing any company policy how can he be in a manager position and wrongly guide the customer and to my surprice he openly said he dont know that. he wasted my precious time of 10 days. and still he is not giving me a valid reason for my loan rejection. please take strict action against this officers. and request to deposit my 2, 500 to my account as you know it before that this loan will get rejected.

                                    We applied for education loan of and the same was rejected inspite of giving all documents and information as requested without giving any valid reason. Although the company is not bound to give reasons for the same but i strongly feel it is the right of the Applicant to know the same, after all this may spoil the future of a bright and deserving student.

                                      After collecting all the documents and doing the home evaluation, education loan is rejected saying 'Poor academics'...

                                      Two issues;
                                      1. If academics is the issue, then why you guys didnt inform me day 1, are people sitting and evaluating really aware of transcripts and what it means, did they even check his current academics scores to say that, you think we all are fools.

                                      2. Why did a person visit my home for evaluation, if reason is poor academics. He can misuse stuffs/documents/data collected, i no longer trust credila in any way now... What is the authenticity of the person who has visited home yesterday... What is the guarantee that person will not misuse.

                                        Kindly go to established banks for loan as credila can't be trusted. Credila in the beginning will call you with promises like giving loan for mba in a week without paying for it or giving collaterals and upto 25 lacs. As soon as you submit the documents, they will inform you that you'll have to pay 5000 per month starting from the month the loan is sanctioned. Even if you agree, they will keep you on the loop and assure you that the loan will be approved way before the deadline, ask you not to worry so that you don't feel the need to go to any other bank. After 5 days of submitting loan application, i checked the online complaints as credila agents were not responding to my calls and decided to apply for loan in several other banks. Credila on the other hand kept assuring me that the approval will be made in 2 days. On the day of my deadline, i get a mail in the morning from credila stating that they have rejected my loan application. On the last day of my deadline. If i'd have blindly trusted this bank and waited for an approval, i would have lost my seat and my career would have been ruined. Don't know why hdfc decided to associate with these people. Hdfc is just a name under which this fraud service is functioning. Don't even bother to apply for loan with credila, i think they provide loan to those who don't need loan in the first place, rich people. What a joke! Filing a complaint. Spread the word.                                         i have been cheated by credila executives. i found credila executive very cheapest uneducated and illitrate people i have ever seen . so, friends dont choose credila loan serivice . i hope my information help atleast some of my friends

I feel I have a pretty good CIBIL Score and I shouldn't be denied information on my loan status. I had applied for a loan of 12 lakhs for overseas education.

PROMPT CLEARANCE OF PAPER WORK AND FAIR INTEREST RATE AND NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY>>> WHEN YOU GO WITH THEM AND AVAIL LOAN< YOU END UP DISCOVERING A HOST OF hidden charges and an exorbitant rate of interest (usually 5% more than what they inform at the begining). The processing fee is much higher than what PSU banks charge...They disclose at the last minute that INSURANCE & FOREX card must be thru their sister organs at a big premium and worst possible forex rate...When u try to pay-back by more than mandatory EMIs and try to get out of their vicious Loan cycle, you are loaded with Loan Restructuring Charges, , , , and to top it all, there is no responsible execs to talk to redress these issues...U will b greeted by ill-informed O/sourcing guys to write mails and get the issues resolved ia online mode
