There is a company name the keybiz services which provide resume filling work from home which needs to be completed in 5 day with 500 forms when I've done it very carefully then on 4 day they just deactivated the account without any reason and asking pay for money so that we can start working which I think is wrong and scam also and their advocate calling and asking for money to pay which o didn't do. I think we should compliant against them so that other person don't get fraud by them.

I'm humbly requesting for my award worth 500000 .That was declared by Toyota financial services in the year 2020 during Corona Period.
It's my determination that it was real and I lost contact for experiencing many difficulties within my family and in my mother country due to Corona issues.
I'm here humbly requesting the company to issue me with the Award .
The irritating thing was to loose my network with many issues that accrued due to Corona virus issues.

A sales officer from credila contacted me and helped me for applying for education loan in credila. He said my loan is sanctioned with 10.75% interest and asked me to pay processing fee, which I paid . Now received a sanction letter saying the interest rate is 11.5% which is very disappointing.

They Should have informed the correct interest rate before I paid the processing fee.

It's been 2 months my education loan process has been started and now it's 10th December and I have my entire visa process left because of this stupid coming. I am really close to lose my intake here. Tushar Sable from Kalina Santacruz branch does not give a [censored] and keep delaying my process they're just playing with our future here. I am really worried as I have paid my processing fee and still they keep on delaying the disbursement which is haunting me and my dream of studying abroad. I hope someone will help me with this problem.

This email if for complaint regarding the promised loan amount not credited into my account till today. I have paid the necessary insurance and loan fees to hdfc credila and have also sent all the important documents. I am in touch with Ravi Kumar chippie who daily assures me that the amount will be credited by the next day and fails to meet the commitment. I have already reached the United Kingdom and my fees is still pending. I will not wait any longer for the loan and will directly go to the consumer court if the amount is not dispersed.
This is extremely crucial as I'm already out of the country and need the amount credited to my account at an urgent basis. The salee executive responsible for this is not picking my calls. My course started from October 1st and I still do not have money in my account to pay the fees. Ttg

My daughter has taken education loan of inr 12 lacs (from actual sanctioned 15 lacs) from HDFC Credila financial services in year 2016. Then first disbursement of inr 5 lacs was taken for paying the initial semester fees of Dalhousie University, Canada where she had taken admission. After that in April 2017 I requested for additional Disbursement of inr 7 lacs to pay remaining semester fees and also requested to start actual installments of the loan instead of keeping on deduction only interest (PMI). For this we had emailed Pravin Jadhav in Credila, Pune local branch to start the actual installments of this loan (regular EMIs) instead of continuing PMI as per advice of my financial advisor. After that again in year 2018, I had emailed the authorities at credila pune that my daughter has been employed past 6 months. But again they bluntly ignored this email also and added the undue burden of loan moratorium after the period of study. you can see below the very first email in the above context which we had sent to intimate to start actual installments.

Despite of multiple EMAIL REMINDERS, to this globally acclaimed financial Organization, there was no action taken on their part, due to which my Daughter has to bear the heavy interest burden her education loan despite she was able to pay regular EMI since April, 2017.

I have persuaded this matter with the Credila grievance and the local branch manager since a month regularly over several emails and phone calls, but they are yet trying to ignore this blatant laxity on their side. On the contrary they replied me to continue paying installments and never bothered to look at the actual complain and reverse the extra interest which they kept deducting despite email sent as highlighted above.

I am hence forced to go on the Consumer forums to get justice at high priority. This is a case of gross DEMORALIZING and over-burdening the aspiring Indian females who want to study abroad for making a good career. One can understand that what mental trauma a student has to undergo especially when female - when they are already loaded with the Masters study curriculum and have to repay the huge loan burden from the limited job hours and opportunities which they get abroad. My daughter could hardly get 6 hours sleep due to the burden of getting good marks and to continue earning to repay loan. This is an example of how greedy Credila is for earning interest on Student loans and they have sound proof ears wherein they cannot even generate a Service request number for the grievance which we lodge with them. They may be proud of their big name and the way they penalize students for just delaying the Emi/Pmi but they never looked from the other side of the equation where the fate of aspiring students is affected due their greed..

God save us from such hard headed management who only care for their own profits and their greedy financial milestones but never looked from the student's education perspective.

Request this forum admin to pass ahead to the highest authority in HDFC Credila main branch for bringing justice at earliest for my daughter.

I received a whatsapp message for work from home for which i don't have to pay anything and they will deduct the registration amount from my first payout but company intentionally gives insufficient data and marked my right form as wrong form even after my completion of form filling of 800. And now they are sending me mails and messages from whatsapp regarding legal notice and asking me for penalty.

I guess there is a problem with the cibil score and you guys need and requires some or the other documents, however, one of your employe i.e. Vimal Gupta, who sits in Jasola branch and his contact number is +[protected], doesn't have any idea that how to deal with a customer and was way too rude with me. I know it's there job to ask for the relevant documents, However, he is not lending me any sort of money from his pocket, ehich means he is no one, who can be rude with me.

I'd request you to please take an appropriate action against him, as for me he's a face of HDFC credila and if this is what you provide to your customers, then I'm sorry, I won't be referring any of my friend or family member.

Details if incident: I was asking a lot of questions regarding the process and everything and he was way too rude and was not providing me any sort if details and just hunged up on my while saying "AAPKA JAHA SE WARA KHATA AAP WAHA SE LELO" is this a way you interact with your customers?

I have taken education loan from hdfc credila for higher studies of my son. Now on completion of moratorium period I have to start repayment of loan. Company has deputed Mr. Vipul Kenni as sales manager for my loan account.

Despite several calls and emails to this sales manager, on guidance and instructions on repayment, there is no response from the deputed company representative.

This type of irresponsible employees should not be retained on such important positions for customer's.

I got a call regarding work from home and they told there is no registration fees at first and they will cut the amount from first work salary. They will give forms to work out and we have to fill it and submit before the said time. They asked details like address and aadhar card photo. They sent a mail and told to log in and write the name on the screen. Its an application. I did the work and submitted. After two days i checked the site and its shown qc is failed. I tried to contact them. There was no response. After ine day i got contionous calls from other number and a mail came saying i have made a breach in agreement with pearl services and i have to pay them 7000 rs. Else they will go for case against me in court. A advocate named Rohan mailed me. I called back to the number. A lady took the call and she was not ready to give to Rohan. She is just getting raised while talking..she is not ready to talk anything. I called company helpline number. They are not picking. I saw many complaints about company now. I need to get it resolved
