[Resolved] Credit Card — Delete name from CIBIl.

Dear Sir / Madam, I had a credit card account with standard charted bank. I had closed my account with the bank. Now they have put me in defaulters list. when i ask them abt the same, they say just ignore.complain now. Please help me to get out of this problem. I do not want my name on CIBIL. Due to this I am unable to get any Personal Loan or any other credit cards. I have been fooled badly by the bank. I fully agree with it coz the same thing has happened with me. I had a credit card account with standard charted bank. I had closed my account with the bank. I had settled with them by paying them as they suggested but they have put me in defaulters list. when i asked them abt the same, they simply said to ignore.Due to this problem I am unable to get any Personal Loan or any other credit cards. I do not want my name on CIBIL. Please help me to get out of this problem.

My query is when we are acting according to the bank then why are name is coming on CIBIL?
