Credit Card — VERY VERY POOR SERVICE OF HSBC WITH LOT OF CHARGES

RECENTLY I HAVE CLOSED MY HSBC CREDIT CARD. HSBC BANK UNLIKE OTHER BANKS WILL DIRECTLY DEBIT LOT OF LATE PAYMENT CHARGES WITHOUT FROM THEIR SIDE SENDING STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT. EVEN FOR RS.100 THEY HAVE NOT SENT STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT BUT DEBITED RS.400 LATE PAYMENT CHARGES ALTHOUH IMMEDIATELY I HAVE FORWARDED RS.500 INSTEAD OF RS.100 AS PAYMENT BY HEARING OVER PHONE FROM THEM. I DONT WANT ANY JUSTICE FROM ANYBODY BUT IF POSSIBLE TO WARN HSBC BANK THAT ON THE PRETEXT THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE CARD STATEMENT THEY CANNOT CHARGE THE LATE FEE HEAVILY WITHOUT CHECKING FROM THE CUSTOMER WHETHER THEY RECEIVED THE STATEMENT (THEY SHOULD HOLD PROOF OF DELIVERY OF STATEMENT BEFORE CHARGING LATE FEE).
