Credit Card — ABN AMRO staff shouting at cutomers

Good Day,
kindly be informed that i faced a very bad situation today with one of your agents in the collection Dept.
( Dubai )her name is Abeer. she called me regarding my due payment on my credit card for mor than three times and i do appreciate that but due to my work nature, as i am always rooming betwwen diff. Emirates, thats why it was difficult and unreachable to me to pay it intime,
Today i got a call from her and the scenario was as follows:
1- she talked to me over the phone in a very very impolite way
2- she said " when u promiss to pay, you must do this and dont through words over the air, and once you will not be able to pay, say it and dont keep me calling you
3- when i showed that i dont accept the way she is talking to me, she started shouting at me and through the phone, ( i heared the phone crashing the table)and hered her saying to her collegue come and see that customer
4- another guy pick up the phone his name is Hateem. he told me that he is a team leader, and when i told him i wanna complain about her'Abeer" he told me that he will not give me any replay to my complain unless i pay the credit card amount due !!!. and when i wondered from the way he is talking to me he told me that "its like that "and nothing to do for my complain
5- after 10 min. i got a call from a supervisor her name is Samar. i told her about the story and promissed her to pay the full outstanding amount in my credit card and that i wanna close the cards but i wanna feedback about my complain about ' Abeer'

sorrry for my long complain, but please i still insist of getting a feedback for that

Last week i am faced very bad situation one of your collection agent was called to me make the payment of Gold card. I told to him i am asked your bank for some query about that card they will not clear my doubt after clearing my doubt i will make the payment then he said i don't know i am calling from collection department you should make the payment i said without clearing my doubt i will not make the payment he said you used the card then why should not make the payment. I said you see my payment history then you said this word to me but he is not accept so i cut the line he repetadely calling to me giving the torchure to me.

ABN AMRO bank people are actually very rude and talk real foul language, Ina days time you will get several calls for same thing ... you used the card why are you not paying??? When you ask them about the history so far no body knows anything... completely messed up and unorganized organization.. people with no manner and no knowledge...the bill amonts is charged with any clarification...they have also taken force payment from my salary account with ABN AMRO bank, but still after payment, due amount only increases.
