Creditcard — reimposing waiver charges

i am having gold credit card of icici bank (no.[protected].in this regard from jan 08 due to wrong address i could not receive any statement and made payment on this account a request of wavier of overcharged amount and interest thereon was reversed. All of sudden; I received a statement dated 29.12.08 showing reversal of rs876.68 hence a credit balance of rs 876.68 is reflected therein but today the phone banking service told me that they have re-imposed the reversal amount as well as blocked by card for operation .I very badly humiliated when I present the card against my purchasing . Bank must clarify my status. Should I use my card any further or it should be returned to bank for necessary cancellation. Immediate action in this regard with proper reply to me is highly requested SUSHIL DHIR
