I bought a acer desktop on 30/12/2010 from the CROMA ELECTRONICS IN GHATKOPAR R CITY MALL,its not functioning properly now,i am in the extended warranty period.I gave a call to the extended warranty helpline centre i got the rpy that go to the croma outlet from where you purchased the desktop.i wasted my day going there and getting the rpy that we are not getting your details even though i provided them with the bill that was necessary for the same....when i bought the extended warranty service i was promised that my problem will be solved..its not solved yet.Do we have to suffer due to the irresponsibilty or laziness of the CROMA TEAM????????????????is the croma team not bothered about the customer satisfaction...???????
