On 18th. September I purchased a Boombox from Croma Stores located in DT Mall , Gurgaon. It stopped playing VCD/CD and USB in July 2011. I took it to the same Croma store and after lot of visits to the store and heated discussions, they replaced it on 11th. November 2011. They had a problem in tracing the purchase, because software had been changed. The new set given to me again had the same malfunctioning as the original set in July 2012.
I took it to same Croma Store and handed it over to them for repair on 4th. August 2012 vide receipt No. 11064 Dt.04/08/12. Now when after a fortnight or so I checked up they told me that reading lense was not working and they are looking for spare parts. After one one month, they tell me that it cannot be repaired.
It is shocking that two brand new pieces stop working with in on year. Why does your store sell such quality of goods. We come to Croma, because it is associated with Tatas - a name known for integrity. After my experience with this product, I feel cheated. Please look into the matter and replace the piece for the second time.
